Sunday, 25th December 2016 - Christmas Day
Dear Diary
My parents woke me up rather early today. It was the Christmas day which they had seemed to be looking forward to a long time.
The first thing that they was give me several gifts. They had all been wrapped and placed under the christmas tree. I was assured that it had all been done by Santa Claus. I smiled, for I knew the truth.
I had been treated quite well this year, and had received several useful and nice gifts, including a pocket watch, some books, and some clothes.
I also gave my parents some gifts.
After enjoying breakfast, we went to my maternal grandparents house to continue the celebration, and enjoy a christmas lunch.
Most of that section of the family was there, with both of my mother's parents being there, as well as her brother and his partner.
Lunch was a rather traditional modern christmas meal, with ham, turkey and pudding. It was rather enjoyable.
Gifts were shared, and we all returned home afterwards rather happy.
I was even more happy to see that Prey and Intruder had been forced to spend their Christmas with their respective families. Even better, it looked like they were not going to be able to see each other for quite a few days, probably not until the end of the year. That was very good.
