Tuesday, 27th December 2016 - Watching the Sport
Dear Diary
There was some national sport being played today. My parents informed me very early in the morning that they were going to spend the entire day watching it. It had actually started yesterday, but they had been unable to watch it do to the continued celebrations of Christmas with family.
Personally, I was not much into sport, and enjoyed the opportunity of spending the day with Biscuit while doing some of the school work which was assigned to us. A very small portion of the school work that had been set unfortunately. Biscuit is just too distracting, looking at me with his adorable puppy dog eyes every time I tried to get some work done.
Eventually I decided that nothing was going to help, so I gave up on the work entirely. I assured myself that I would get back to it later in the holidays, preferably sooner rather than later.
My parents seemed to very much enjoy the sport, although it still had several more days to go. It appeared to me that I had a few days to do essentially what I wanted. This did not seem like such a bad thing, and I organized with Bear to see her tomorrow. I enjoyed spending time with her, she was a very good friend.
Due to the incredible heat that the season was producing, we decided to go to a swimming pool.
