Dear Diary

Mouse, Bear and I arrived at the putt putt golf course about half an hour before Prey, Intruder and the rest of their friends had said that they were going to arrive.

We waited a few minutes before purchasing our tickets and starting. Mouse told us that he had things to a very precise schedule, done in such a way that when his plan unfolded, we would be in a position to view it, without a high chance of his group being able to see us or recognize us.

The three of us started on the water course. It's name was well founded, as almost every single obstacle was water based. Some sections of the green tarmac were even soaked through completely. Those sections were rather difficult.

After a few holes, Bear quietly told Mouse and I that Intruder, Prey and their friends had walked into the establishment.

"Excellent" Mouse said. "They're right on schedule".

We could see five people, Prey, Intruder and three of their friends. They were all standing in a half circle, with Prey on the end. Standing close to Intruder while holding her hand.

Mouse had assured all of us that this was going to work, but he had yet to tell us exactly what it was that was happening.

"What exactly is going to be happening?" I asked.

"Any second now" he said, answering my question.

Bear pretended to take her turn, continuing the illusion that we were actually here to play the game.

Just as Mouse had predicted, mere seconds later, something did happen.

A female who looked to be of an age that would place her in my grade, walked out of one of the courses. She scanned her the ground around her for a few moments, before seeing Prey.

She called out his name. As he turned to see her, she jumped into his arms, passionately kissing him.

"See you tonight baby" she said, before walking off.

Prey, looked shocked, quite taken back.

Prey's three friends looked shocked. The four of them were quite speechless.

Intruder, however, was not.

Almost no time had passed before she was loudly trying to get answers from Prey. She asked him many questions, all of which he could only deny or provide no information for.

This of course, did not help his case, and only got Intruder even more angry.

Eventually she had enough, and ran away rather quickly.

With his shoulders low, Prey tried to follow her.

"That," Mouse said, "Is what I planned to have happen".

Bear and I were both in awe. We could not quite believe that he had been able to pull it off.

"How did you do that?" we both asked, almost at once.

He shrugged, as if indicating that it wasn't too big of a deal for him.

"I gave the girl the details and some money. She was only too happy to help. She was even willing to help us again in the future, especially if we continued to pay her."

Bear and I were very impressed.

Not only had he gone a long way to completely sabotaging their relationship, he had also proved that he would do whatever it took to end it.
