Saturday, 17th December 2016 - Finding a Job
Dear Diary
I met up with Bear today and went to the shops. For the most part, we just looked around at what there was for sale, everything was going rather more cheap than usual thanks to it being Christmas next week. However, I was also trying to see if I could get a rather casual job over the holidays. While I did have the large amount of money coming in from the charity very soon, I was planning on putting most of that towards the Network of Spies. A job would allow me to get a little personal money, as well as an excuse to get out of the house more often. This way, if I ever needed to follow Prey and Intruder on a date, I could claim I was working, which was a far better excuse than 'seeing my friends'.
Many of the places seemed to be acceptable to work at, and I handed my resume in at many different places. I wasn't expecting any to accept me before the end of the year. It was getting rather busy for them, and I was counting on having a few last days free.
I knew that the start of next year was going to be very full, what with the week of work experience, working and doing the studying which I continued on saying I was definitely going to do.
