A female lies in bed staring at the ceiling. She turns on her side remembering the way his arms used to wrap around her. Can I really never see him again? A tear falls from her eye and she quickly wipes it away. It's what he wants; he needs this to be happy.
She buries her head into the pillow. But why am I not allowed to be in his life? What about my happiness? She shakes her head. Loving someone is putting their happiness above yours.
She closes her eyes and tries to stop thinking about him. He was always cold, but there was always a certain warmth to him. She felt safe in his arms. She loved how he'd go out of his way to help her and take care of her. But he only sees me as someone to take care of. He never loved me the way I love him.
His voice would soothe her to sleep and tell her everything would be okay. She trusted him and knew that he would always be there for her. But those were false ideals. He left me once I could take care of myself. He never meant those words.
His lips would touch her forehead and made her feel special. He knew everything she liked and disliked. He paid attention to only her, and that's how she wanted it. But he was the one playing me. He never understood what he was doing. I wasn't special. I'll never be special.
----------------------
The next morning she got ready for her mundane office job. Christmas is coming up. Should I send him something? He probably wouldn't accept it.
She frowns and ties the black tie around the white dress shirt. The grey skirt slides over the semi-transparent black stockings. She throws the grey jacket over the shirt and slips on the heels before running out the door.
She gets on the bullet train and waits for her stop. She gets to the office and sits down at the desk, an old acquaintance drops by.
"Hey (Y/n), I heard that the guy who used to pick you up each night is no longer with you, is that true?" he has a sleazy look on his face, but she wasn't paying any attention to him as she was currently cleaning up her desk.
"Yeah... he got a girlfriend and she doesn't like him seeing me or picking me up, so... I won't see him again," she bites her lips trying to keep from crying.
"Aww... well if I had you I wouldn't let you go. Say... want to come drinking with me tonight?" he pipes in looking at her then the clock.
"I don't drink," she dismisses him fairly quickly, "thanks for the offer though. It's time for work, so... talk to you later."
He walks away grumbling to himself and she stares at the screen. I shouldn't have come today. This was a bad idea, I'm going to be sick. I feel something bad is going to happen.
------\(^~^)/------
After work she's walking home from the train station when she's pulled into an alleyway and her head is smashed into the wall, blood starts to drips down her face. Her arms are forced behind her back and a cloth is forced into her mouth.
"You should've just accepted my invitation to go drinking, (Y/n). I've thought about doing this for a long time now but that guy you hung out with creeped me out," breath seeps into her neck and she shuts her eyes knowing what was going to happen next.
Her stockings get ripped and she hears his zipper being pulled down. She feels his length push itself into her and she cries out.
"Oh man! You're a virgin! That I didn't expect!" he disturbs her insides and she continues to cry; tears streaming down her face and her arms now above her head she's subjected to losing herself to an awful experience.
When he's done with using her she collapses on the ground and cries. She spits the cloth out and sobs loudly. She can taste the blood from her lip, mostly dry now. She stands up and tries to move only to realize she's missing a shoe. She tries to smile and rolls her eyes at her luck but only feels more tears prickling her eyes.
I don't want to go home and be alone. Where am I near? Pap's? No... he'd kill him, he can't go to jail running the orphanage and everything... Kuzan... I-I don't think he wants me, but he's the only one that would... understand... he's the only one that was there for me.
Without much realization her body had already made the decision and was taking the female to her best friend/ crush's home. She stops at the door and knocks lightly. If I was meant to be in his arms right now... he would've heard that... right?
The door opens and she's staring into the face of the one man she's only ever loved as more than family. His face expressed first wonder, but then concern when he saw her current condition. Her lips bruised and dried blood over her forehead. Her outfit ripped and tattered.
Without thinking he wraps his arms around her and ushers her inside, "Sit right there, I'll be back with something warm to drink."
He goes to walk away but she grabs his sleeve and chokes out a small, "Please. Don't."
His face froze and he sits down next to her. He wraps his arms around her into a hug. She buries her face into his chest and tries to explain what happened only to be stopped in the middle, "I've got the gist of it, don't push yourself to tell the rest."
She feels his lips touch her forehead again and he stokes her hair trying to mollify her cries. She hears the door open and knew there could only be one person who that is.
"What is she doing here, Kuzan?" the other female's voice rich with scorn.
"(G/n), she's had a rough day, let her be," he strokes (Y/n)'s back, "She'll leave when she's feeling better."
"I don't want her here," the brunette stamps her foot, "And what could possibly be so bad that she has to intrude on your life! Our life."
He stays silent and hugs the shaking female, when he finally speaks, "I... can't seem to remember."
The woman scoffs, "You need to quit babying the woman. She's (age)! She's old enough to take care of herself! She's an adult!"
"I'm not babying her! I know it was something horrible! I just... don't remember what," he glares at the drama queen, "If you can't accept that (Y/n) has been a part of my life for so long and that she is part of my family then I don't think we should be together anymore."
The woman stops and clicks her tongue, "Maybe we shouldn't!"
He shrugs and stares at the one person he wants to protect the most, "It really doesn't matter to me, but we should see other people."
The woman storms around the house packing all her stuff and leaves slamming the door. He speaks softly, "I'm sorry you had to witness that (Y/n)."
She shakes her head, "I'm... sorry I... ruined... your... relat-"
"You didn't ruin anything. She was a bad apple anyway," he feels her arms wrap around his waist, "Do you want to stay here tonight? Maybe we should take you to the police station and get this incident filed?"
She looks at him, "I thought... you didn't... remember?"
He smiles at her, "I thought you didn't want her to know, so I lied. I might forget things, but when it comes to you I remember everything. No harm was done. Let's go... I want you to get the justice you deserve."
"I love you Kuzan," she kisses his cheek and nods, "Let's go."
He picks her up, "You shouldn't walk. I'll carry you."
Deep inside his heart he longed to tell her, but it was too soon. He only tried to move on so she'd find the one, but he didn't know she loved him the way he loved her. He thought she only saw him as a guardian, but they both found each other that night. They both could tell just what level their love was. He loved her, as a soulmate; she loved him, as someone she wanted to spend the rest of her life with.
(Y/n), I'm sorry I didn't realize your feelings sooner. I'm sorry I put you through that. I love you. I'm sorry these words are unspoken, but someday I'll be able to tell you. It won't be for awhile though because I don't feel worthy enough, but I won't leave you waiting much longer. I really love you. Don't give up on me just yet.~Unspoken Words End~
