So, thanks for all your words of kindness. And, I just wanted to make this clear once again... I'm by no means leaving Wattpad, or giving up. And I also wanted to apologize. I just was feeling the need to rant yesterday... and I didn't have anyone to rant to. I took my rant to this book because when I tried to post a message to my wall, I over-exceeded the word count.

Again, thanks for being so understanding yesterday.

Confessing to the girl of your dreams is a lot harder than you'd expect; that's what Ace is discovering. He doesn't even know what makes her so special, he just feels his whole world fitting together and it makes him dizzy.
Maybe it's her smile, her laugh, her kindness, her sensitivity, or maybe it's everything about her. They all just combine to make the most beautiful women he's ever met. He can't find one thing wrong with her, even when she cries, she's gorgeous. And being a beautiful crier is a hard thing to accomplish.
A hand waves in front of his face as the bus comes to a stop, "Ace! We're here! I'm so excited! We're going to have so much fun! Right, Sabo?! Right?!"
"Of course, Luffy," the blond places a hand his head before he turns to the person sitting beside him and smiles. "Are you going to wake up (Y/n), or shall I?"
"Why can't we just let her sleep for a little while longer?" Ace smiles as most of the other people in the roasting tin can line up to get off.
"Because she's so beautiful when she's asleep?" Sabo questions as Luffy grabs their stuff from the compartment. "I'm sorry, but we don't have much time to stare, the bus is going to leave as soon as everyone else gets off. Plus, we want to get a good spot so that we don't sunburn."
Ace sighs as he reaches over and lightly shakes the (h/c)-haired woman up from her nap, "We made it, (Y/n). Now we can hit the waterslides and pool."
She sits up and stretches her arms before she stands up, "Sweet... thanks for inviting me, guys. Did I ever mention that this is my first time coming to a waterpark?"
"Plenty of times!" Luffy smiles as he jumps off the bus and races over to where Nami and the rest of his group already have a spot in the line. "And don't mention it! We do this every year with all our friends! It's our pleasure for you to be here!"
"Did you feed him those lines, Sabo?" Ace leans over and whispers to his blond brother. "If so, you need to teach me how to get Luffy to listen."
"A real magician never reveals their secrets," Sabo laughs as Ace scowls at him.
(Y/n) places a hand on Ace's shoulder and shoots him a small smile before she joins Nami and Robin in a discussion. Sabo places a hand on Ace's shoulder again, "Don't worry too much about confessing to (Y/n), it'll happen when it feels right."
Ace watches as she lifts up her head and lets out a laugh at something one of the girls just said and sighs, "But what if it never feels right?"
"Then it's not meant to be," he shrugs and goes to bother Luffy about keeping calm until they're inside the park.
Ace lets out a deep sigh as he shields his eyes from the sun, there's still twenty minutes until the dang thing opens and it's already blaring hot outside in the sun, "Something tells me we picked the wrong day to come this year..."
Once they're let in, Luffy runs towards the side with the most shade and begins to set up their umbrellas and towels, "I've got us a spot! Guys! Over here!"
"We watched you run over here, little bro," Ace pulls him into a headlock and ruffles his hair. "Thanks for the spot. I'll go get us some chairs."
"I can help!" (Y/n) drops her stuff and follows Ace over to where they store all the lounge chairs. "I mean, it's the least I can do since you guys helped pay for me to get in..."
"Don't sweat it, (Y/n)," Ace hands her a few folded chair before he grabs all he can carry. "Sabo would've killed me if I made a girl pay for her own entrance fee. Plus, it's the last year that Sabo and I will be here before we go off to college, so if you want something, just ask Sabo... or me."
"Don't remind me," she mumbles under her breath as she looks down at the cement. "So, what college do you plan on going to?"
"Well, I'll go to community college for a few years, but after that I don't really have a clue," he shrugs as he places down the chairs and starts to set them up. "It doesn't really matter, because right now, I'm just trying to live in the moment, (Y/n)."
"Oh," she sets down the chairs she was carrying before sighing out. "That's a relief. Hey, Ace, can I as-"
"(Y/n), take off that coverup and show us that bathing suit you picked out yesterday already!" Nami comes over and puts an arm around her shoulders. "Show some skin every once in a while, it'll make you more desirable."
"On the other hand... leaving it to the imagination is always nice," Robin smile slightly as a soft chuckle resonates.
"Yeah, but with Sanji, you can't leave it to the imagination for too long," Nami points behind her at the blond cook, which makes Robin nod her head in agreement. "So, come on! I want to see it!"
The (h/c)-haired woman lets out a sigh as she pulls off the short black dress to reveal a (f/c)-white polka-dotted two piece bathing suit with a short skirt. She walks over to her bag in a hurry and places the coverup inside.
"That's such a cute bathing suit, (Y/n)," Robin walks circles around her before she nods in approval. "But I never imagined you to wear something so revealing..."
The girls (e/c) orbs stare at Robin intensely before she opens her mouth to speak, "But you and Nami were the ones that pick-"
"I don't know what you're talking about," Nami grabs (Y/n)'s hand and pulls her over to the water. "This is the first time that I've seen this bathing suit in my life."
"I think Sanji needs to go to first aid," Sabo calls out, but soon notices that no one's really paying attention to him because Luffy and Usopp are already on the slides, Brook and Franky are already at the bar, Nami and Robin are busy terrorizing (Y/n) about her crush on Ace, and that black-haired man is busy daydreaming.
Sabo sighs out as he drags the unconscious man to the nurse, he stops as he realizes that Zoro is still unaccounted for, but he probably got lost, so it's not like it really matters. Once Robin and Nami find out that Ace isn't paying attention anymore, they end up giving in and leaving (Y/n) alone.
Luffy comes back and drags Ace away to go on some slides. The (h/c)-haired woman sighs out as she sits in a lounge chair and pulls out a magazine to flip through as she waits for someone to get back and go swim with her. She would've asked Nami and Robin, but they already told her that their only there to work on their tans.
She grabs out a pen as she gets to a quiz and starts to fill it in, she's so into it, that she doesn't even realize Ace sneaking up to her, "So, whatcha doing?"
"Ace! Oh my goodness... don't scare me like that," she looks back to the page, she has no idea what to say to him anymore. "I-I'm just filling this out... nothing too important..."
"So then you wouldn't mind coming into the pool with me? Luffy keeps wanting to go down the slides and he won't let Usopp go. Plus, Sabo isn't here... and I kind of wanted to go out with someone," he sits down into the chair next to her.
Her eyes watch the water drop down from his hair onto his chin, only to fall onto his chest and follow the force of gravity. Her face heats up as she tries to focus on the paper in front of her, "Uh, no. I'm busy... sorry."
"But you just said that it wasn't anything too important," he grabs her hand and pulls her out of the chair, only for her to sit right back down and fold her arms. "Come on, smile!"
"Why should I?" she grabs the pen and clicks it shut before she puts it back inside the bag. "It's not like you've given me any reason to smile."
"Because you get to spend time with the one and only, Ace the Mace! That's why!" he puffs out his chest and points to himself as he has a smug smile plastered onto his face, which causes her to stifle a laugh. "Plus you look really pretty with a smile on your face, so can you please just give me a smile? Just a small one?"
She sighs out as her cheeks start to flush, "Fine, but don't think it's because of the compliments. You big jerk."
He laughs before he grabs her hand and leads her to the water, "I wouldn't dream of it."
At first, the water is freezing, but once Ace started to make fun of her chattering teeth, and they started to splash each other, it became bearable. But it wasn't until Sabo came back and the rest of the boys joined in that the real fun began.
They ended up playing chicken, Ace and Sabo were a team, pitted against Luffy and Usopp and when Sanji came back with the lost-then-found Zoro, they were forced to join as a team. The females end up watching the whole thing in the sidelines.
"Come on, Ace! You can do it!" Nami yells as she pushes (Y/n) in front of her. "Come on, girl, cheer for him!"
Her (e/c) orbs look anywhere but at the man as his eyes wander over to where they're sitting, he sends them a thumbs up as Sabo starts to sway back and forth, "Ace, we're going to fall, just so you know!"
"Oh come on! Why can't I ever be on top for more than five seconds?!" Ace cries out as they topple over into the water causing everyone around them to laugh.
Ace ends up climbing out and onto the pool's ledge. He shakes his head trying to act like a dog and dry off, he send a smirk to (Y/n) before he motions her over. She sighs before she joins him and places her feet into the water.
"So, I have something I've been needing to tell you, (Y/n)," the raven-haired male sighs as he feels his heart racing. "And it's not about how smoking you look in the bathing suit even though you probably feel really uncomfortable in it..."
  "Y-you think I look smoking?"
"Yes, but that's not the point," Ace looks at her as an announcement is made over the intercom about the park closing in an hour. "The point is, I think you're a really amazing-you're really attractive, and ever since I met you, I can't get you out of my head."
"You've made me forget how to breathe on several occasions, and I think I'm in love with you," he lets out a deep breath. "I just want to ask you if you feel the same way... well... maybe not exactly the same way but yo-"
"Ace, of course I love you too," she looks away and at the other males before she glances back at him. "I've been feeling this way for a while... and I just had no idea how to express myself..."
He leans forward before he places his lips on top of hers, he then feels someone pulling on his feet and the world starts to move. He grabs onto her hands as he's pulled into the water and she comes falling after him.
They both surface from under the water and glare at the young brunett that dragged them both in. The male just shrugs as he looks towards the group, "You all owe me money!"
"Luffy! I'm so going to kill you!"
"Yikes!" Luffy swims away from Ace until he gets out of the pool and continues to run outside of the park to get away, while everyone else laughs.
After the place closes they all wait at the bus stop until the vehicle pulls up and they pile on, (Y/n) and Ace sit next to each other. On the way back, they end up falling asleep, (Y/n) resting her head on Ace's shoulder and Nami taking a picture to post on Instagram later.
