"Wait, how did Alex not crack up your neck for taking me to sleep at your house?" I wondered out to Elliot aloud.
We were at the porch in front of the door. Elliot was quiet the entire ride there, only tapping his finger on the steering wheel and focusing on the road. I tried every moment to lighten up his mood, to joke and fool around. He would crack a smile but it would soon fade moments after.
He reminded me of Kanye.
"Well he was pretty bashed, and Austin was really hyper. So Max drove them home before one of them committed a crime." He gave out a what sounded like a nervous chuckle. I held his hand twirling my fingers with his, in a reassuring matter.
"Everything is going to be okay, I promise." I smiled at him, squeezing his hand and opening the front door.
We entered the living room and I clapped my hands rubbing them together. He had his hands were stuffed inside his pockets as he looked around him.
I gawked, staring at how hot he looked, with his messy hair and sleepy eyes. Even with everything happening, even with the horrible facts I just knew, I couldn't help but feel so happy to be with him, to finally be able to stand by him.
It's not the right time to check him out don't you think Myrna?
I mentally slapped myself, clearing my throat and catching his attention.
"Well, I need to wake them up. In the mean time, tell Justin and Aria to hurry." I gave him a sharp look, and he just nodded to me, his lips forming a small amused smile.
I sprinted upstairs, deciding to wake up Max then Austin and lastly Alex. Well, I needed both boys to help me wake up the last elephant because we all know how heavy of a sleeper he is.
I walked to Max's room. Getting inside and fining him lying flatly on his bed.
I smirked, deciding on something to shout that will absolutely terrify him awake.
"OH DEAR GOD THERE'S A CROCODILE!" I screeched out a fake girly scream. Max rose slowly like a dead vampire and he turned his face slowly towards me. He looked pale to dead and in a second, he made me jump in fear.
He let out the girliest shriek ever heard on this planet.
"AHH! Where? Where where is it!" He jumped hastily off his bed. So at the sudden movement, his feet tangled to his bed sheets and he ended up with a loud thud, face planting the floor.
I covered my mouth biting back a laugh that would shake my whole body. This girly scream was the funniest thing I ever heard coming out of his mouth. He froze right there, his face on the floor and his tangled legs up on his bed. He took a moment or two assumingely trying to understand what was happening.
He snapped his head towards me and glared at me, making me give him a speechless grin.
"What the sudden crocodiles Myrna!" He tried to cuss, but failed miserably. "God my head!"
I shook my head, biting the edge of my cheek to keep me from laughing. "Come on, help me wake up Austin and Alex, we have an urgent meeting, we're talking about something really important." I finished seriously.
He groaned and I just gestured my hand for him to follow me, and he complied, getting up from his position with difficulty.
