Briar POV
"I really don't know. Briar maybe we should just get a house of our own and move in together?" He says, looking dead nervous.
I smile and nod. This is like a dream come true.
"I would love too, but where do we get the money from?" I ask
"We'll find it somehow. We're old enough and I know I have enough money in the bank to get a house. Then we can get jobs to pay mortgage. But speak to your dad about moving." He says and I hug him
"Don't worry I will. He will be fine with it. I'll ask now if you want. Then we can start looking?" I ask/say and walk down the stairs holding Myles' hand and walk into the kitchen where my dad is making dinner.
"Dad we have something to ask you." I say nervously
"Briar your scaring me, what's up?" He asks
"Me and Myles would like to get a house together." I say feeling relieved
"When?" He asks
"As soon as we can, because me living here and him living there means we won't be able to see each other as much. And I want to be able to see mom aswell as you." I say
"Yes, Myles I'm relying on you too look after her. When ever you want to leave you are welcome too, but you are both welcome to come here whenever you want." My dad says and smiles. Me and Myles run upstairs and open my laptop and start looking for houses. We find a few nice ones and we book appointments to view them this week. Myles mom has been telling Myles to find a place of his own for a while, that's what Myles said. I think it's time I met his parents.
"Myles..." I say
"Yea?" He replies
"I want to meet your mom..." I say nervously
"Tomorrow, why don't you sleep at mine?" He says and I nod and hug him tightly.

"Dinner." My dad shouts and we walk down the stairs and sit down at the table.

Myles POV

I'm really nervous about dinner, I mean, I've met Briars dad and I've met Abbey but I'm going to be sitting with them, talking to them and eating with them. I hope just all goes well. I think Briar realises how nervous I am because she squeezes my hand and smiles at me, a reassuring smile, telling me everything will be ok. Briars dad serves dinner and sits in front of me.
"So how did you two meet?" He asks us
"We danced together since we were young, and just grew closer and closer until one day he asked me to be his girlfriend." She says and smiles at him then me
"Was it love at first sight or not?" He asks
"For me it was," Briar giggled
"Definitely love at first sight for me," I say and briar blushes
