I walk behind Viktor in silence.

No words are exchanged. All I can hear is our footsteps, cars on the road, and my heart beating.

And the only thing on my mind is that kiss that we shared. Looking up to make sure Viktor doesn't see, I raise my hand up to my lips and feel my face grow hot. The memories of how it felt and the pleasure behind it fill my brain.

What was that feeling I got when our lips touched? I expected it to feel weird; gross, even; but it definitely did not.

There was something there. And that's the thing I just can't seem to figure out.

I had never felt that feeling before. It was low, dark; but at the same time, it felt like a fire; something that could burn me in an instant, if I got too close. And even though it may have felt that way, it was also mysterious, yet light and nice. It's such a confusing feeling that I almost want to try it again to figure it all out.

Does everyone feel this way when they kiss another person? Doesn't matter who; just anyone?

Suddenly I feel something cold hit my shoulder and I look up to see rain.

I look up to the sky and my eyes widen.

I see storm clouds.

No. No. No.

This can't be happening. Not while I'm outside, with my idol, still quite far from my house.

No. Please not a storm.

"Hey, V-viktor..?" I say, a blush falling over my cheeks. "How far would you say we are from the house? I'd say about fifteen minutes, but I just want to see how you feel."

"Why? It's just a little rain." He responds, looking back at me. I look down at my feet.

"J-just answer the question, please."

"Uhh.." He starts, then nods his head a little. "Yeah, I'd say about fifteen minutes."

Shit.

"A-and how long would you say it takes for a storm to hit after rain starts?"

"It's always different. I don't know." He says. He looks up at the sky, examining the clouds. "But for today, it looks pretty bad. I'd say five to ten minutes."

My eyes widen but I keep walking. No. Please no.

"Yuri? Is something wrong?" He asks. I blush and look down at my intertwined fingers.

"N-no." I respond, laughing a little to play it off. He stares at me for a bit longer but then sighs, brushing it off.

Suddenly I hear thunder.

I stop dead in my tracks and stare at the ground, my mind blurry.

What am I going to do?

I can barely move..

"Yuri? What is it?" He asks. He stares back at me and I jolt up in shock. I scratch the back of my neck and let out a fake laugh.

"Can we just hurry home?"

He looks at me for a moment and then bites his lip. "Sure."

"Thanks." We both start to walk a little faster and I catch up to him, walking by his side. He glances over at me.

"Do you not like rain?" he questions. No. That's definitely not it.

"No, no. I'm okay with rain," I say, chuckling. He nods.
