I sigh, shifting around in my plane seat as I try for the fifth time in the last ten minutes to get comfortable.

"Yuri, are you okay?" Viktor giggles from next to me, obviously noticing my discomfort. "You're acting like you've really gotta piss or something."

I groan, rolling my eyes. "Yes, I'm fine. I'm just trying to get comfortable."

"Well, it doesn't seem to be working."

"I noticed." I respond, sighing. "I don't want to spend this entire ride in discomfort.."

He stares at me for a minute, showing a small smile.

"Here," he says, patting his shoulder. "Lay on me."

I blush, glancing away.

Why am I even nervous? We're dating. I shouldn't be so embarrassed..

"Ah, it's okay." I respond, chuckling nervously. "I-I have a pillow."

He shows a sad expression, then closing his eyes.

"I just wanted to have you close to me."

My eyes widen as those words fall from his mouth, and even though it's obvious he's still being playful, that sentence sounded so genuine and heartfelt that I just couldn't ignore it.

Have I.. not put in enough effort in being close to him?

He keeps his eyes closed, his face looking almost sad as I gaze into his perfect features. I bite my lip, my heart feeling on fire as I lay my head on his shoulder, then trying my best to get comfortable while being snuggled up as close as possible to him. I lay there for a moment, feeling his breath hitch in his throat as I rest my hand on his chest.

Luckily we got VIP seats.. there's no one real close around.

"Viktor, you're heart's beating so fast.." I whisper, my face flushing into a bright red as I clutch onto his t shirt where his heart is. If possible, I feel it start to beat faster and see his cheeks grow red.

"S-stop teasing me.." he says, laughing nervously. "You make my whole body go crazy. I can't help it."

I blush, smiling.

"I could say the same about myself."

"What, you make yourself go crazy?" He asks sarcastically, laughing. "Sounds pretty self centered, if you ask me."

I roll my eyes, hitting his chest playfully before bringing it back down on my lap.

"No, stupid, I meant that you make my body go insane as well."

He smiles, staring into my eyes for a moment as I stare back up at him from his shoulder and he leaves a gentle kiss on my forehead.

"It's good we got VIP, huh," he says, sighing and closing his eyes. I look away, closing my own and shifting around a little.

"Yeah, I'm surprised there's so little people here." I respond.

"Whatever. Gives us alone time to cuddle." He whispers, then putting his arm around my back and holding me tight. I smile, biting my lip and letting my own hand rest on his knee where it already was.

Minutes pass of us in this position, and before I know it, the plane ride only has forty five minutes to go. I open my eyes, squinting as the bright, harsh sunlight invades my vision.

The first thing I see is Viktor, his eyes open and a small smile on his face as he stares at me. I can't help the red that dusts my cheeks and bite my lip.

"V-Viktor, did you sleep at all?" I ask tiredly.

"Nope," he sighs. "But I did get to do something even better."

I tilt my head, showing a confused expression.

"Hmm?" I ask, resting my head back on his chest and exhaling a large, drawn out breath.

"I got to watch you sleep." He responds, smiling. "That sounds really creepy, but I couldn't help it, you look so damn hot when you sleep. I mean, you always look hot, but even more so when you're sleeping."

"You're so weird, Viktor." I whisper, my face exploding with heat. "I'm not even hot."

"That is such a lie." He whispers into my ear, then kissing my hair and sighing into it. "Are you anxious for the Cup of China?"

I sigh, leaning into his touch and squeezing my eyes shut tight.

He hit it right on the dot.

I don't think I've ever been so nervous for a competition in my entire life.

"N-no, not really.." I chuckle nervously.

He raises an eyebrow, then sighing and running his long fingers through my hair.

"Yuri, you know you can't lie to me." He whispers, kissing my hair. "I know you well enough. You're definitely nervous."

I smile, giving in.

"Of course I'm a little nervous, but I mean who isn't?" I respond, chuckling. "It's barely anything to fuss over."

"I don't really get all that nervous." He says, shrugging his shoulders. "But I mean if I was performing and knew you were watching, then I'd be a little anxious."

I blush, laughing.

"Aww, I'm flattered." I say sarcastically. "You care about what I think of you."

"Of course I do." He responds, his grip around my waist growing a little tighter. "I want to be my best around you."

I take a moment, then responding.

"You being you is you're best, Viktor."

I see a soft smile tug at the corners of his lips as he stares down at me. I smile back and lean back onto his shoulder.

"The same goes for you, Yuri."

"Mmm, that's nice to hear." I respond, keeping my eyes closed.

"Want to know why?"

I nod, opening my eyes to stare up at him as I see his face fall into one of protection and sincerity. This look confuses me, as his emotions shine through his blue orbs and his love seeps through his small smile.

"Because I love you, and no one else, moye solntse."

My eyes widen, but moments later I barely even notice when a soft smile makes it's way onto my own face.

..I love you too, Viktor.

"I love you too, Viktor."

So much.

"..So, so much."
