Mike's POV--
I was driving home from Tony's place when my phone started ringing, I pulled over and answered it "Hey Bro?"
"Hey are you at home?" I knotted my eyebrows together
"I'm just on my way home why? what's up? You sound upset?"
"Deven has over stepped the line, we are finished" I chuckled
"Vic, chill out man, everyone fights you'll both be fine by tomorrow" Vic didn't say anything "So, what happened this time?"
"Mike, she didn't go to England over Christmas, she was staying at Jaime's" I sighed
"She just wanted time away from you I guess"
"She slept with Jaime and if that wasn't bad enough she's carrying his child" It took me a few moments to process what he was saying "Fuck. I'm so sorry"
"I'm guessing Deven will be at your house with Kacie" I sighed
"Well if she is she won't be for long" I put the phone down and sped back home I was totally shocked by what Vic had said and I wasn't sure whether to believe it or not.
When I got home I walked into the kitchen to see Deven sat at the kitchen table with Kacie. Marie wasn't around which I was glad about. I slammed my hands down on the table "You fucking bitch!" I snapped at her and she spun her head towards me. Kacie was glaring at me as I spoke "How could you do that to Vic! He's a good person Deven" Deven closed her eyes
"I know he is Mike" she spoke softly
"I want you to leave" I replied trying not to raise my voice I didn't want her anywhere near me right now or ever again if I'm honest "Mike!" Kacie shouted as she rose from the table "What the hell is your problem? Deven's my best friend, so what she made a mistake. She can stay here for as long as she wants" I shook my head at her wondering why on earth she would defend her right now.
"It's fine Kacie, I'll go. I need to go get my belongings anyway" Deven stood up and started to walk away "Dev, I'm coming with you" Kacie replied as she turned to me "I'm going to help Deven collect her things, you can finish cooking and watch Marie" I watched as she stormed out of the room and slammed the front door as she left the house. I was just glad Deven was out of my site.
Deven's POV--
Kacie drove me in my car to my home "Vic doesn't want me in the house" I stated as she pulled up outside. She sighed "Ok, I'll go in grab everything and maybe try and speak to Vic" I nodded and she smiled at me before she got out of the car... I had to think about where to go and what to do now. After debating whether to go to Jaime's or not I finally decided the best idea would be to get out of everyone's hair and head to Vegas for a while. I needed to clear my head and let everything settle down here, I mean Jaime didn't know the baby was his although I knew it wouldn't be long until he found out as both Mike and Vic knew. The quicker I got away the better. Kacie arrived back at the car and chucked my belongings into the trunk, she sat down in the drivers seat "Vic wasn't there" she said as she threw me my house keys back. I shoved them in my bag and turned to Kacie "Kacie I'm going to go back to Vegas ok?" she rolled her eyes "I just need some time to think and I want everything to settle down here ok?" she sighed
"fine, but you aren't leaving tonight, it's too late. Stay at mine tonight and you can set off tomorrow ok?" I nodded
"Ok, just make sure Mike doesn't murder me in my sleep" I stated she shook her head and we headed back to Kacie's.

"Oh no" I announced as we pulled up outside "That's Jaime's car" Kacie looked up the drive
"Damn" she turned to me "Well you've gotta face him sometime Dev, you can't keep it from him forever. He's going to be a Dad" I groaned I hadn't even let this whole thing set in yet. "It will be fine, come on" I followed Kacie up the driveway and into the house. Mike was in the kitchen with Marie, he looked to me as I stood in the doorway "He's in the living room" I bit my lip and made my way down the hallway and walked into the room, Jaime was there alright, sat on the couch. I went and sat down next to him and he snapped out of his daze, he cleared his throat and grabbed my hands "Deven you had better tell me what the hell is going on, I just had Vic round saying all this stuff about you being pregnant and the baby no-" I placed a hand over his mouth to shut him up
"Jaime, I, I don't know what to say" I pulled my hand away from his mouth and stood up from the sofa. I paced the room a few times before he got up himself and grabbed my wrists, he looked down at me "Is it true Deven?" I blinked a couple of times before looking up at him
"It's true" I announced placing a hand to my head "I'm sorry Jaime, this wasn't meant to happen" Jaime pulled me into a hug "You come home with me ok? We can sort this out" I groaned and pushed him away "No. Jaime I'm going to Vegas ok?" he shook his head
"But Deven, you're carrying my child, I'm not going to leave you" I stared up at him
"I'll come back, I, I just think things need to settle down here and I need some time by myself ok" Jaime grabbed my hand "I want to be there for you Deven, I won't let you go" I let go of his hand
"You can't stop me Hime, I'm leaving in the morning" Jaime's thumb brushed my cheek and he brought his hand down to the necklace that rested on my chest. I grabbed his hand and pulled it away "I promise, I'll come back ok, I just need some time" he sighed a defeated sigh
"Fine, ok, well at least let me drive you to Vegas tomorrow, it's the least I can do" I smiled
"Sure, I can live with that" I followed Jaime out of the room "I'll see you tomorrow morning then? 8am?" he nodded and I watched him as he left the house.
