I walked to the bus stop again, heading to work after lunch, and to my annoying surprise this guy was here again.
I vowed to not say anything to him. I waited at the bus stop saying nothing. He was blabbering a whole lot of things I wasn't listening to.At last the bus arrived.
"I know who you are!" He yelled out.
I ignored him and stepped into the bus.

When I got back to the farm, everyone was back to work as well. Linda was hand washing curtains and I still had to clean the bedrooms. She walked into the room I was in with a fancy scarf around her neck."Gwendolyn dear if you could scrub that wall there." she teased.
"Haha not funny. Where did you get that, anyway."
"Found it among the laundry. I assume it's Mrs. Smith's."
"We don't want to get caught with that. She'd accuse us for stealing."
"Which is why I am going to put it into the water right now." She rushed out.We continued to work. It was a really long day at work. The house was just too dirty. By the time we were done, I was exhausted!
---------------------------------------------------------
I got off the afternoon bus and started walking the dust gravel road as I always do.Why was I not surprised?
This time he wasn't talking to me. I was glad he wasn't but it kind of bothered me.
I was limping. My left foot was in pain from all the walking.
"You look like you could use with a ride , seriously. "
"It's no use. I'm home already." I left him hanging.I could tell he was staring at me but I refused to turn back and look.
I walked into my house limping.
"Gwendolyn,is that you?"
"Yes grandmama."
"You usually tell me when you walk in."
"Just in a little pain grandmama, I will be fine though."
"Come here you poor baby. I'm in the TV area."I went to her. She was watching her favourite soap opera.
"Get some bandage and ointment."
I hesitated but I was in a lot of pain.
We sat down and I stretched my foot out to her lap. My grandmother was not too sick to actually still nurse me a bit when I needed it the most. She applied the ointment on my sore foot and rubbed it with her soft hands. She then wrapped the bandage around my foot.
"That should do. Just don't wear shoes that will hurt you tomorrow morning, dear."
"Alright."I went to the kitchen to prepare supper. It has been long since lunchtime and grandmama needed to eat.
I fixed our plates on the table and we had a delicious supper of dumpling. I went to get her ready for bed and prepare myself as well for the next day.
