41. Love Potion Number Nine

"Ah, Wonderess" David gets up off the ground,"nice to see you again"

"I have some questions"

"Well, I don't have much choice other than to answer them, do I?"

"Why were you out to kill us so badly? Flash and I"

"Well, Tori, you work for Dr. Harrison Wells. My partner and I hate him therefore we wanted to kill the only things that could protect him to get to him"

"Are you aware that your partner doesn't give a crap about Dr. Wells anymore? In fact, she's working with us right now and I know you know that. And you will stay locked up in here and you won't be able to hurt my family anymore" she says.

"How sweet. Baby sister protecting big sister" David chuckles,"I'd still watch your back, sweetheart. Word on the street is that I'm not the only one out there trying to kill you and your family"

He ends this with laughing. Maniacal laughing, making Tori close the pipeline doors and walk out.

"Barry! I'm home!" Tori shouts once she teleports into the kitchen and grabs two water bottles before teleporting into her bedroom where Barry was asleep.

She sits beside him on his side of the bed, looking at him sleep before running her fingers through his hair.

She leans down and kisses his forehead before grabbing the plate on the nightstand beside him and bringing it downstairs to wash it.

Tori had called Iris earlier to check up on Barry, telling her that he had a major head cold and if she can make him some food while Tori was at work.

Once Tori finishes washing the dishes, she takes a shower.

When she's done with that, she lays in bed next to Barry, going through her phone that she held above her head.

She felt arms wrap around her, pulling her closer to Barry and making her phone fall on her face.

"Ow!" She groans.

"What? What happened?" Barry's head pops up out of sleep as he looks at Tori to make sure she was alright.

"You grabbed me and made me drop my phone on my face" Tori chuckles, picking it up from her chest, making Barry chuckle.

He kisses her cheek down to her neck before resting his head on her chest, his hair tickling her chin.

Tori places her phone on her nightstand before running her fingers through his hair.

She waits until he falls asleep before closing her eyes and sleeping as well.

The next morning, Tori spends the morning helping Barry change and get ready to go to the lab. She teleports him into the wheelchair before teleporting them downstairs to eat.

Tori recently learned that she can teleport someone anywhere as long as she touches them.

So, if she grabbed Barry's shoulder, she can teleport just him to like the lab or something without having to land with him there as well, which is pretty dope.

She makes breakfast and after they speed through that, they are off to the lab.

"How are you feeling, Barry?" Brooke asks once she sees the two pop into the cortex.

"Better. Still a little pain in my legs and ankles but I'll be fine" he sends her smile.

"Let me check up and see if you're progressing better than we thought" Caitlin says and Barry and Brooke follow her into the side room as Tori sits next to Cisco at the computer.
