Chapter 44

We get into the room and the OBGYN comes in and starts asking the basic questions.
"There is only on really sure way to know and that is a blood test. If it comes out positive we can do an ultrasound." Dr. Robbins said
"Im okay with that." I said smiling looking up at Jacob
"We will put the blood test as first priority because I really want to know." She said smiling
I had my blood taken and it was sent off. It seemed like forever but in reality it was fifteen minutes before she came back in.
"Alright, so I have the results right here. Congratulations you two. You are going to be parents." She said with a smile
"Really?" I said with tears in my eyes
"Really, now lay back so we can see how the baby is doing." She said turning the machine around
She put the gel on my flat stomach and started moving the wand around.
"And there is your baby." She said pointing at a little dot on the screen
I looked up at Jacob as we both had tears falling from our eyes as he kissed me on my forehead.
"I will print two pictures for you and it seems the baby is almost two months old." She said looking at us
"Can you stay for just one second?" Jacob asked walking out of the room
"Where is he going?" She asked getting paper towels for me to clean up
"I have..." I started but stopped seeing he had JJ, Will and a sleeping Micheal with him
"I thought they should be here to bring some happiness in this shitty day." Jacob smiled as he went back to holding my hand
"And you guys must be Brittneys sister and brother in law?" Dr.Robbins asked smiling
"Umm, no we are Britts mom and dad." Will said with a smirk
"Im sorry. You two look really young." She said getting awkward
"I had her at a young age." JJ smiled and continued "Why were we brought in here?"
"To see this." Jacob said smiling as Dr.Robbins moved the wand to show our baby
"Britt" JJ said smiling at me
"I get to be a grandpa!" Will yelled waking up Micheal sleeping in his arms
"Im glad you guys are happy." I said smiling as I cleaned off my stomach
"Congratulations again." Dr.Robbins said giving Jacob the pictures as she left
"You cant hide things like this from a profiler." JJ said giving me big hug as we both had tears
"Yeah, I learned my lesson." Will laughed as he gave me a hug
"Is Henry out of surgery?" I asked trying to get the attention off of me
"He should be in a while." JJ said as we walked out to the waiting room and sat down in the chairs
We were sitting there all quiet and peaceful, Jacob had his hand on my stomach as he looked me in the eyes and gave me light kisses every once and a while. JJ and Will went to get coffee and we sat there with Micheal and I watched him play with his dinosaurs on the ground with Jacob.
"Jennifer Jareau and William LaMontange why wasnt I notified right away that my god son was in the hospital?" A loud voice behind us said as I realized it was Penelope from her team.
"Try again." I said laughing
"Im sorry mini JJ you two both look like them from behind and had Micheal." She said as her voice got quieter
"Just wait until she finds out JJ and Will will be grandparents." Jacob tried to say quietly to Micheal but not quietly enough
"What!?" Penelope said looking back and fourth before saying something JJ and Will showed back up
"Grandparents!?" She yelled looking at them
"You two have baby?" She said looking at us surprised.

So I have had like this burst of ideas to write and couldnt contain them. I had to add Garcia in there cause you know how she is with babies 😂 thanks for sticking with me 😊
