Chapter 76

"Why is he handcuffed?" I started to yell trying to get closer to them but being held back from Morgan now
"Mini petite calm down." He said as I collapsed
"Thanks Derek. When did you get here? Will said pulling me into a hug
"Right now JJ texted me so I could help her take Jacob in." He said looking over us at JJ and Jacob by the SUV
"I need to talk to him." I said starting to hyperventilate
"No." They both said together
"Let me see my son." Debra said yelling at Emily and Hotch
"I want to go now." I said still hyperventilating
"Get your breathing back together and we can go. The baby is probably not getting enough oxygen." Will said cupping my face and making me calm my breathing
It finally got calm and Will pulled me into a hug as I still cried
"Morgan." JJ yelled having him come over to place Jacob still handcuffed into the car
JJ walked over to me and wrapped me into a hug.
"Lets go home." She said with tears running down her face

We drove back to Quantico and nothing was said in the car. I leaned on JJ the whole time and cried the whole time. We get back to the office and I see Jacobs parents in Rossis office. I ran to the bathroom as JJ and Emily followed behind and into a stall.
"Fucking morning sickness." I said finishing up as JJ held my hair
"So, we are going to do a meeting with both families once David gets here." Emily said as I still threw up
"What about my friends?" I asked before going at it again
"They were already taken home." Emily said giving me a water bottle.
"Are you okay now?" JJ asked helping me stand up and I nodded my head yes
We walked out and into the conference room
"Here is some saltine crackers and ginger ale. Eat and drink it." Will said being serious
"Yes sir." I said sarcastically as David walked in and over to me to give me a hug
"Okay lets start." Hotch said leaving as his parents walked in leaving it to be just my family and his
"So, Jacob is not under arrest." JJ said looking at me as relief flooded my body
"Great. I want to take him home to New York now and get him away from you three." Debra said crossing her arms
"You dont have the rights over him anymore Debra." David said standing on our side of the room
"We are his parents of course we do." Mike said getting angry
"The last time I checked you signed away your rights when you disowned him. And he is also twenty-two years old so you two really dont control him." David said pulling out the signed paper work
"When did this get done?" I asked not knowing about it
"When he was arrested in New York before the will was read." Will said
"Thats besides the point. Look when I went in to get Jacob he was a mess. He asked for me to take him to a thirty day cleanse." JJ said over the arguing
"Hes going back to rehab?" Debra asked surpised
"I take him in tomorrow morning. You can say your goodbyes and what ever else now." She said walking out of the room crying and Will followed her.
"And Debra and Mike I will be paying for this. I dont want you two contacting him and Britt anymore." He said following them as Debra followed him out leaving me alone with Mike
