Chapter 53

"What are you talking about?" Will said looking at me as I sat on the couch
"Mom arrested Debra." I said cracking a smile
"Why?" David asked
"Well she called me a slut like usual, mom got upset. Debra didnt like what she said and slapped her." I said trying not laugh
"That bitch." JJ said walking into the room
"So you arrested Debra?" Will said doing his signature smirk
"Shut up. Im just going to let her sweat it out." She said walking over to me
"Sweat it out?" David asked confused
"I told them I will decide tomorrow to press charges or not. So, she will be spending some time with junkies and prostitutes for the night. Lets go Britt." She said helping me up
Both men laughed as we walked out. We walked passed Mike and Preston, they turned away fast.

We get to the hotel and I go in to the room Jacob and I had grabbing our things to go to JJs.
"Wow, what a room." I said walking in and seeing it was bigger than ours.
"Ya, I know. David is paying for it. Said we werent allowed to pay him back." JJ said walking in behind me
"Hey, Austin." I said as I saw him walking around holding Micheal
"Did he wake up?" JJ asked grabbing him
"Ya he did." He said pulling me into a hug
"Im sorry. Wheres Henry?" She asked
"With Terri he fell asleep watching tv. Hows Jacob?" He asked
"Good. We wont really know until tomorrow." I said waving at Terri as she walked in
"That was some show he put on at the wake." Terri said walking in
"I will explain later." I told JJ
"We are going to go." Austin said "We will see you at the will reading." He said giving me a hug and JJ a hug also
"Theres two rooms." I said in awe
"Stop avoiding it what happened at the wake?" She asked rocking Micheal as he slowly fell asleep "All my kids are mommy kids." She said laughing as I rolled my eyes
I told her what happened. She seemed a little surprise finding out Jacob was once a drug addict.
"Diluadid?" She asked
"Yeah. It was hard being there when he was going through withdrawal." I said wiping a tear from my cheek
"Hey, its ok. You guys have done the better or worse thing. You two deserve to be together. You have over come so much together." She said holding my hand
"Im going to put him down, be right back." She said walking into the room where Henry was
She came back with icecream and our favorite chips. Salt and vinegar kettle chips.
"Lets have a girls night." She said putting on Bride Wars and sitting next to me. I leaned my head on her shoulder and said "I love you mom." And closed my eyes after she told me she loved me and kissed me on the forehead and I fell asleep.
