Chapter 72

Britts POV
"Hes going to do something stupid." I said walking out of the room
"What do you mean?" Will asked
"The last time this happened he tried to rob a gas station with a stick just to get the cops to arrest him so he wouldnt use." I said almost crying
"Did he really?" JJ asked surprised
"Yeah. I posted his bail for it." I said trying not to laugh
"We are taking you and your friends to the bureau to keep you all together." JJ said as we continued to walk
I saw them and saw Maddy and Nick handcuffed
"What did they do?" I asked Emily getting upset
"They tried to and I quote them "turn up" in here." She said using airquotes
"So you arrested them?" I was starting to get upset
"We are in a hospital and marijuana is illegal." She said
"Dont worry mini JJ once we get to the office the cuffs come off. They are not getting charged we had to teach them a lesson." Morgan said pulling me to the side
"Thanks Derek." I said smiling
"Lets get going." Hotch said guiding Nick out as Emily took Maddy

We get to the bureau and are taken into the conference room. I paced back and forth waiting for a call from Jacob but nothing.
"Britt do you want to come with us to Olivers?" Spencer asked as they got ready
I looked at mom and she said it was up to me.
"I will." I said nodding
"Lets go." Hotch said as we all excited

We pulled up the the apartment building where Oliver lived
"Well this son of a bitch lives the good life. This complex cost more than my house." Morgan said as we stepped out
"Yepp he caters to the little rich kids and helps their drug habits." I said rolling my eyes amd walking in
"You cant just walk in like that." Emily said walking behind me
"Just watch me." I said going to the elevator
"When we get up there stay to the side unseen. He wont open the door if he sees any of you and he needs to invite me in." I said as we went up to the eighth floor.
"How do you know all this?" Will asked
"Because this isnt my first time trying to find Jacob here." I said leaning my head against JJs shoulder
"Its going to be ok." She said kissing my head

I walked up to his door and knocked.
"Im coming." He yelled from inside
"Holy shit." Oliver said when he opened the door
"We need to talk. Are you going to let me in?" I asked
"No feds or cops with you." He asked getting suspicious
"Nope just me and Jacobs child." I said pointing to my stomach
"Come on in." He said allowing me in and closing the door behind me
I walked in and I knew the team would be pissed about my decision.
