Chapter 79

Britts POV
I woke up to the feeling of the bed shift and a kiss on my head. The door opened and JJ left stopping to talk to Will in the hall
"What do you think the nightmare was?" Will asked
"It could be anything. Her childhood or the abduction." She said  sounding remorseful
"I just dont like seeing her like this. Its only been two or so days. It hurts to see her in pain." Will said sounding sad
"We just have to be there for her. Jacob is her rock and he means everything to her. And Im the reason they are separated." JJ said sounding like she was crying
"He wanted to go in. You didnt force him darlin. I hate to admit this but this is your chance to become one of her emotional support and to get closer to her with out Jacob." Will said trying to be uplifting
"Mommy." A sleepy Micheal yelled from downstairs
"Go wake her up and I will deal with the boys." Will said opening my door
I pretended that I was back asleep and she pushed back my hair
"Britt. Wake up. Dads making breakfast and we both need to get ready for seeing the baby." She said softly.
I stirred to keep the act going and slowly opened my eyes to look at her.
"There are the pretty blue eyes that I missed. Now go down stairs and eat with us as a family." She said standing up and leaving
I thought to myself deciding if I should or shouldnt go downstairs. A part of me wanted to stay in bed all day and the other part was wanting me to move on and just count the days down. I finally got up and to get out of my pitty party and joined everyone downstairs. I walked in and Henry screamed monster as I gave him a look.
"Not cool." Micheal said pointing his finger at him
"She looks like a monster." Henry said defending himself
"Well there goes Thursday ice cream days." I said sarcastically
"Im sorry. Im sorry." Henry kept repeating
"I will think about it. If you let me write on your cast." I said sitting down across from him
"I would take the deal." Will said placing a plate in front of me
"But she will make it girly." He said whining
"But we get icecream back." Micheal said trying his best to reason
"Fine. You can draw on it tonight." He said defeated
"I cant wait to use sparkles and pink." I said laughing as I started to eat
"B dont make it to girly." He said standing up to leave for school
"No promises." I said watching him leave with Micheal and Will
I sat down there longer after I finished eating went upstairs and got ready. I walked down stairs and saw JJ reading over a file and looked up when I entered
"You ready?" She asked standing up and I nodded yes
We get to the doctors office and was told that I was healthy and so was the baby. I was officially three months and the risk of a miscarriage has gone down a lot. We left the office and we stopped for lunch at one of our favorite places.
"So we need to talk. Its important."JJ said as we sat down
