Tobi drove us over to Josh house in silence. We were both too worried to speak. When we got there, Josh was standing outside in the driveway. I assumed he was waiting for us. Tobi hopped out of the car urgently, rushing over to Josh. I got out as well, but before I could get over to them, he muttered something to Tobi under his breath. I tried to keen in my hearing on him, but then Tobi backed up with wide eyes. He took off his snapback and scratched his head. Then, Josh noticed me, he gave a small grin, or the biggest smile he could give at the moment.
"Simon Bloody Minter," he stretched his arms out for a hug. I took it, remembering the friendly, warm boy from school.
Josh seemed to be delved in thought, and we stood in silence until I said, "Harry."
He snapped out of it and looked to the ground, "I don't know what happened. When I was gone, and I had heard from Harry a few times, but near the end he wasn't answering my texts or calls, or anyone else's for that matter. I'm worried."
"Have you checked anywhere yet?" Tobi asked.
Josh nodded, "I looked around most of the house, and some of his favorite places in the area."
"Maybe he just spaced," Tobi offered.
"Spaced?" I scoffed, and Tobi stared at me, offended. Then I softly said, "Tob, I don't mean it like that, but, hasn't Harry been gone to long for him just to have been spaced?"
He nodded, understanding the truth.
"Maybe he got wasted and got lost,"Josh mumbled.
"That could've happened," I said, pondering the thought.
"How about we check the streets with the most bars nearby," Tobi suggested.
Josh and I both nodded, and we all got in Tobi's car and took off.
