Chapter 19

Perries POV

I open my eyes slowly to see i'm facing my rooms cealing, and I hear Jades voice faintly. I yawn and sit up slowly on my bed, seeing Jade in the corner of the room on the phone. "Look I have to go", she says quietly when she sees me looking at her, and she hangs up quickly, walking over to me. I look down to see I'm still in my clothes from this morning, when I fell asleep in the taxi. "Who was that?", mumble, still not awake. "Oh it was just Jesy", she says, typing on here phone. She the locks it and sits next to me on the bed. "She isn't coming over tonight either. I figured you'll still be hungover", she says running a finger up and down my arm. "How did you get me up here from the taxi?", I say, sitting up further, my head still sore but a lot better than earlier. I see her giggle as she pulls her phone out, playing a video of Claud carrying me through the hotel reception. I can't help but laugh at the video. She then locks her phone placing it next to me and she shifts slightly on the bed to face me. "So what do you want to do tonight Pez?", she says sweetly. I look at her brown eyes and get lost in them. "I don't mind Jadey", I say shifting closer to her. "Well how do you feel", she says, not moving her eyes from mine. "A bit better", I say and I watch her smile. "Well do you know what we should do?", she says, starting to stand up. I watch her carry the Cheesecake Factory bag and her laptop over. "Food and film time!", she exclaims, leaping on to the bed. "Wait wait wait!", I say, shewing her off the bed. I see confusion in her eyes but she stands up, looking at me expectingly. I pull the sheet out that's neatly tucked in to the duvet and I place one of my pillows next to mine on the bed for Jade. "Pez what the fuck!", Jade shouts, trying to make the bed neat again. "Jadey, it's better to be comfy that neat." I watch her roll her eyes and I smile, sitting on the bed and she joins me, placing the laptop between both of us. I pull out both of the small boxes from in the bag and instantly identify my chocolate cheesecake, breaking a piece off with the fork and placing it in my mouth. "Omg Pez you haven't eaten in like 18 hours... Are you sure you don't want anything else?" I smile at her and shake my head. "We can always get room service later", I say, taking another chunk of food and placing it in my mouth. I watch Jades small hand on the trackpad, instantly putting Inside Out on. I chuckle before my eyes got glued on the screen. A few minutes in to the film I put the now empty box on my bed side table, and look at Jade who is tucked up in the white duvet, her eyes glued on the screen like a little kid. I smile and crawl over to her side, and I watch her wriggle out for the duvet before placing her small head on my stomach, and one leg on top of mine. I smile down at her and play with her hair while watching the film. After about half an hour I look down at Jade and I see she has her mouth wide open and gentle snores are escaping her mouth. Her face is facing me more than the screen. I reach over to pause the film, making Jade stur a bit, but I watch her sigh contently.  I look at my phone that I left on silent and see it's full of texts from Jess. I see her most recent one;

A second later I see the door open and Jesy step in, and I instantly realize it was a mistake letting her in. She walks over to the bed and sees Jade asleep on my stomach and she smirks. "Lovebirds", she says, and I instantly shush her, signaling at Jade. "She looks so... peaceful", she says looking at Jade. I nod. "Ask her out already"

I just giggle, not wanting to say anything and upset Jade. "Chris just went to do something and I had nothing else to do so...", she trails off. I see her eyes on Jade, and I look at her, her eyes slowly opening, and I hear her groan. "Babe, turn the light off", she mumbles. I feel my cheeks burn and I notice Jess doesn't think anything of the name as we have always called eachother babe. "Jadey it's only 5pm, I say gently, and I watch her bury her head in to my vest, her leg still over mine. "Comfy Jade?", says Jesy mockingly, and I feel her tense before she swiftly moved off of me. "Sorry, did I ruin a moment", says Jesy mockingly, and I see Jade blush. "But seriously, what's going on with you two."

I look at Jade pleadingly, wanting to tell my best friend about us, but she quickly shakes her head.
