Chapter 32 -The Visit

A/N: coz it's Vice's birthday today and kota ang ViceRylle so here it goes...

"How did you do this?" Vice was shocked at what Sebastian brought him. "Dati ka bang kriminal?"

"You're welcome."

"I'm still curious how you did it."

"I am not a butler if I can't do secret services for my master."

Vice shaked his head. "wow."

"Can you also find out kung saang ospital si Karylle?"

"I am your butler, not your informant."

"ganun na rin yun diba? It's a secret service."

"it's stalking. They are two different things."

"I still can't absorb this. I actually have a detective kind of butler. What the hell!"

"pero bakit hindi mo man lang ako pinagtanggol kanina kay Yael?" tanong ni Vice.

"You deserved it."

"Aba gago ka ah.."

Karylle's eyes started to open. It started with a blurry vision and then it became clearer and clearer. Yael was in her side, sleeping while his father was sitting in a monoblock chair in the room.

"Loves." She said in a small voice.

Gumising si Yael at napangiti siya. "Loves. I am so glad you're awake."

"Dad, Karylle is awake." Napadilat si Dr. M at kaagad na lumapit sa anak.

"Karylle, bakit mo naman naisipang gawin to, anak?" alalang tugon ni Dr. M.

"I know.. I'm sorry.. I didn't mean it."

"I know you didn't." Yael said. "vice poisoned your mind, right?"

Dr. Modesto was waiting for a respond pero umiling si Karylle.

"I did it because I was not myself. Let's not blame other people."

Kumunot ang noo ni Yael. "why are you trying to protect him? I saw the text message."

"yael, samahan mo muna ako sa labas. Kailangang magpahinga ni Karylle."

Dahan dahang tumayo si Yael para sumama kay Dr. M.

"Pa, alam ko ang nakita ko. She said she loves him." Yael said as he and Dr. M are outside the room.

"Baka naman nag ooverthink ka lang. Hindi ganung klaseng tao ang anak ko. Siya na ang nagsabi, ginawa niya yun dahil wala siya sa sarili niya."

"Totoo ang nakita ko. He said she broke his heart so he won't tolerate what she feels."

"if that's the case then I don't see any problem with it."

"what?"

"Vice is declining Karylle's feelings towards him. He is not accepting it, therefore they don't have an affair."

"But still, I know they are planning to. It's very obvious. He even bought her a new phone."

"Who confiscated Karylle's phone in the first place?" Dr. M said. "He is trying to be nice to your wife."

"I can't believe she told you."

"she is my daughter and I have every right to be told by her troubles."

"Bakit ako ang nagmumukhang masama? Si Vice ang salbahe dito hindi ako!"

"be a better husband so she won't seek the company of others. And stop overthinking." Dr. M patted Yael's shoulder and he gave him a small smile.
