The beginning of educating and learning about mindfulness that is linked with mental health and mental illness is never easy nor should be expected to be. If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you. As well as if it's comfortable like one's comfort zone, no change will happen.
So one must be willing to step out of their comfort zone in order to start on their success towards their goals and a healthier life.
