We all think that we can go back in time and fix all our mistakes and regrets by the way we react with stress, anxiety, panic, fear, anger, etc; but in all reality, we can't.
But in order to grow is to see the lesson in each moment and to learn from it enough with awareness, acceptance and action on how to further the education by reacting better next time the opportunity or situation comes around.
And emotional intelligence can play a great part in that. For those who may not know or understand what emotional intelligence is: it's using your emotions with intelligence. If any of you reading, didn't know that, don't beat yourself up for not already knowing.
Everyone is different and progresses at different speeds. Never compare your chapter 1 to someone else's chapter 20!
