Cute animals and pictures of cute  animals can really help improve mood and make us feel less numb. Though it can be hard to believe how anything like that can be that powerful. But its true that it's powerful enough that when we seek help when suffering in silence from a mental illness, it really and truly does save us. 
                              We must speak up to tell others we feel comfortable talking to, about what we have been hiding and then for them to do their job in helping us seek the right professional help to get started in recovery!
