Let's breath in, and breath out. Practice that on repeat a few or more times. Try meditation on a yoga mat or beach or bath/shower towel and position yourself however you feel works and feels comfortable to you. And just play some soft and calming music or sounds like the waves, rain, etc.
Just sit there and find an object and notice and feel the whole object with all its details and textures and see it as a whole item as the whole picture of itself.
Try doing a "body scan" meditation! Whenever your stressed or in a lot of pressure of any kind, with struggles, listen to some calming music or meditate to calming and soothing sounds to help you ease your worried/stressed/anxious thoughts.
