Music therapy is something we all use to help wind down, to connect with what we are feeling and experiencing. It also helps us feel no pain in some way. There's always a song or many that can relate and describe what we are feeling or experiencing. Music is such a powerful tool that can help one person feel better as well as others feeling better when they hear songs that can relate to no matter how deep it may get for them.

Music is just something we can all use to help ourselves and other get better no matter what situation it may be and how deep it gets. Music can be fun when we are young and we dance along to the lyrics and even sing along to the lyrics. But when we get older, we are able to fully hear the lyrics on a level of understanding what the artist is relating to and we are also able to realize or come to learn that certain songs we listened to as a kid were linked to some mental health issues that we are very unaware of. Because of the lack of education as well as the stigma that doesn't get talked nor educated by our own parents on nor our teachers due to the lacking the subject in health classes at school.
