Meditate
Practicing meditations as well with aromatherapy together really do have its great benefits to our health. There are many out there in the world as well as making a CD of our own fave sounds and songs that are calming that are great with meditations.
Mental health is important enough that we can and should be caring for it more than many of us still currently aren't. With those in society who are stubborn, closed-minded and blind to the real and ethical importance of caring for our mind and it's health, really need to clue into getting a reality check and educating them on what they've been blind to for long enough.
The suicide rate, many people wonder why or what caused it be to be high, yet they don't think about how any of their actions be affected by it and what they can do on their part to lower that number. People don't like when we lie and don't understand those who they know as chatty, being so quite. The reason for this is because of the stigma around mental health and mental illness, it makes us choose to keep all those topics and conversations inside us where it only destroys and eventually kills us at some point.
This is why many people who are known as chatty, appear to be quite a lot of the time. If we did our parts in removing the stigma around mental health and mental illness in the environments we put ourselves in, the more we give others the openness, time, and open eyes, ears, hearts, and minds to hearing what we've been dying/wanting to share with many others for so long.
