Self care links greatly enough to mindfulness, meditation and mental health. It's an act of self love and plays a healthy part in caring for the mind and for improving your mental health.

So I'd truly recommend reading ~ "The Joy Of Missing Out: Finding Balance In A Wired World" by Christina Crook, and to learn about how we can use our self control, power and success to improve and change in areas where we can spend less time on electronics and more in the moment. Being in the now, in the present!

Practice meditation, mindfulness breathing, mindful eating, and much more. Go check out your local library rather than Google to learn about the brain, psychology, mental illness and mental health!
