The sunlight and its effects
The sunlight can be really good with using to our benefits and to our extent with practicing meditations sitting on the sand or beach towel at the beach early in the morning, if some don't feel comfortable running in the morning. Sometimes a nice walk in the morning is strong enough and is good enough as long as it's at least 30 minutes of exercise.
And while you're at it, if you feel like it, you can do some reading, napping, or any other common daily activities and chores outside. To help you benefit longer and more often each day with getting enough vitamin D to continue benefiting your mood levels.
