Focus
It's important to be in the moment and just focus on what's around us and what's happening. Being mindful isn't just about being cautiously aware mindfully with preventing yourself from getting burnt by the hot glue gun or anything sharp that you work with at any work environment.
It's way more than that. People are cautiously aware of this kind of awareness but the rest when it comes to being mindful, they get confused and put shame and view it as taboo like mental illness has become to many citizens of society. This view and shame is unhealthy to all of society even though many aren't being "mindfully" aware of the damage they do with the language they use daily, to the actions they act in their lives. These things are important to learn, educate, and become more mindful as well as using the education and knowledge to improve and better ourselves in the areas that are needed and necessary.
