"I don't agree with his polices and the things that he's doing but at the end of the day, he is the president right now. So what's the point in picking on someone instead of just seeing what they're capable of." ~ Lindsay Lohan

#BellLetsTalk Mental Health is as huge as it truly is.

And it may be negative for how it can impact anyone's life, but through my recovery, I've learned that the bad things about living with depression may feel like it kills you on the inside (mentally) but can also make you stronger too!

In the remaining two months of 2016, I came to the day where I gained more self confidence which earned me a seasonal job in retail at a great store. It gave me more than just confidence, and more work experience but also getting out there and being sociable with others and that really impacted my mood greatly.

My recovery and overall living with my mental condition, has taught me so much that no textbook or teacher ever could. And for that I'm truly grateful to have!

To me, speaking openly about mental health may at first seem scary and even risky but once you do, it's off your chest and makes you feel good inside and in result as well inspires others from your story and strength to hold on and not give up. Seeking help does not make you weak. It's a sickness, not a weakness. #SickNotWeak

In full result here, I'm so happy and grateful that I took the strength and courage to make this post and speak up for a cause and issue that I believe and stand up for! It's all worth it in the end! Not just saving your own life, but many others too!
