Mindful logic is well in different words with using emotional Intelligence. It's using your emotions with intelligence. For example: a scenario of seeing a new employee at Timmies (Tim Hortons) isn't doing well though you may have been told or noticed she may be quite new to the job, and want to act in a way with your emotions: by saying something around anger because they aren't doing a good enough job.
But when you use logic/intelligence, you think about: if that employee was your daughter or son, how the fact you'd want everyone to treat them with the right respect and treatment. And decide to let them do their job without letting your anger let loose or get out of control.
