Peace starts from within. It starts from working on being at peace with yourself: accepting yourself for all that you are, flaws and all.
Loving yourself unconditionally, being confident and comfortable in your own skin to be able to be at peace enough to benefit in this skill that many appear to be lacking in our society.
Having this life skill can really benefit one's life to help gain the life we want by achieving it at the right and comfortable speed and at our own terms as well as standing up for ourselves when opportunities arise!
