Therapy works great and everyone has their own outlets to vent and heal from traumatic and painful moments in their lives. Having a good support system is crucially important.

And they are: CBT, DBT, REBT, music therapy, art therapy, aromatherapy & essential oils, therapy with a counsellor that works with a patient based on what they believe on what they've gained from content shared by patient to help them feel better mentally.
