To me, I believe that beauty is skin deep because not everyone is easily able to see the pain and beauty in someone on the inside. The pain is invisible, that invisible pain in which is so invisible, society has chosen to block or blind their view of the whole epidemic and refuse to see or think differently.
This has to change. If they ever want to be and practice mindfulness, they must accept, respect, understand and support the logic of the definition of the term itself. Being that you can't just focus on being in the moment with all that's around you, but also being non-judgemental too. Because no matter what you may be thinking, if you want to be mindful, put your thoughts, beliefs and judgements aside and listen to what people are saying to you.
Language matters and that includes every area of it alone. Language means choosing your words wisely as well as learning what words trigger or push others to suicide and other unhealthy behaviours. Other logic of language means: educating yourself on the epidemic and the subject as a whole at the library, to know how to support those you know who live with mental illness, learn how to use the right words, tones and actions when communicating with them. As well as listening to them fully, being mindful in the moment and asking questions to clarify or in other words confirm what you are hearing to understand exactly from their view and their exact words.
