Being mindful means not only being mindful in the present moment, but also involves being without any judgments.
Take time to practice silencing the mind as well as learning how to put aside your judgments and listen fully to what someone is speaking to you and to ask questions like being part of the 5 steps in breaking the stigma around mental illness.
