We should just live in the moment, worry about the future less and more on what we have right in front of us. Be grateful for all we have.
No one should stress, worry, panic, overthink or dwell on anything in the past or the future because there are others out there who are very less fortunate than we are and don't have the time, energy nor the money to stress or anything at all.
Some of them are fighting to live another day, they are fighting illnesses and juries and judges to give them the least harmful treatment or results for their actions and to be able to afford their surgeries to survive their conditions.
