Outside and its impact on our mood
Nature, the sun, overall the outside of our world does have its great benefits to our own mental health and our mood. As for the vitamin D we get in the spring, summer and fall really has its positive benefits and effects on our mood, emotional and mental health.
But to those who live with mental illness like severe depression, bipolar depression, postpartum depression and any other common illnesses; appear to be a bigger struggle for one human being to do for themselves to help them feel better about themselves as well as improving their mood levels. But those season being known as winter, we lose the sun in which aren't getting the vitamin D everyday. But taking a vitamin D supplement can be beneficial during this season.
