Being at peace with yourself takes a lot of steps before hand, till you can fully achieve and reach this point in the process. You want to be at peace with yourself? You must work on loving yourself unconditionally, with all that states and includes in itself. You must learn to accept yourself for all that you are, flaws and all. And only change anything small and important about yourself in which is only reasoning for your own choices and logic, not to impress or validate yourself from others.
To me, I have truly accomplished this huge achievement. And to note here, I did the work all on my own as well as some help throughout the process from users in the Happier community (www.happier.com).
