"Oh, my god! What are we going to do? What's going to happen?"

"André, honey, will you just shut up for a moment!"

"Don't tell me how to calm down, you calm down!"

André and Y/N were watching her niece, Karlie, who had just accidentally walked into the wall. Karlie was calm and quiet, but the two knew she was hurting from the wall.

"Alright," Y/N looked between Karlie and André, trying to get him to calm down. "I'm going to go get an ice pack for her. Do you think you can handle being alone with her?"

"I think so," André sighed to himself, "I'll try and not get her to bump into more furniture."

"That's my fiancé," she smiled and pressed a kiss on her cheek before grabbing her car keys and left to go to Target.

"Oh, don't cry, Karlie! Uncle André is here!" André dropped his phone and silently cursed to himself when he heard the sound. Deciding to leave his phone there, he rushed up to the bedroom to find Karlie in pain. "Oh, no! Aunt Y/N is going to kill me!"

André immediately took her in his arms and carefully got her into the car, going to the hospital to check for broken bones and such.

"Hello?" Y/N greeted the empty house, which confused her. She set the paper bags on the kitchen counter and searched the entire house, before she saw André's broken phone on the floor. "Anyone home?"

Just as she entered the living room, she heard her phone ring, which she immediately pulled out and accepted the call.

"Hello? Who is this?" She asked due to it being an unknown number for her.

"Oh, thank god you picked up! Listen, it's André. I took Karlie to the hospital to check if she broke a bone or something. She just has a small bump on her forehead, but she did break her arm."

"Oh, my poor baby! Is she okay now?"

"They're putting on the cast on her arm right now... Do you want to come?"

"Hell yeah I'm coming! I don't want get in trouble for hurting my poor little niece!"

"Oh, great, you came!" André sighed in bliss as he heard the door open to find his fiancée enter the room.

"How is she?" Y/N asked quietly as she saw Karlie sleeping on the hospital bed.

"She's going to be fine, but since it's so late, they offered for us to stay here for the night. She's going to get discharged in the morning." André softly whispered, looking over at her before looking back at Y/N. "I would have told you... But...."

"I know, I saw your broken phone back home," she softly chuckled to herself as she started to play with his brown curls. "I thought you did the right thing to bring her here."

"You really think so?"

"I really do. You're going to be a wonderful dad, André."

"And you're going to be the best mom in the world, Y/N."
