A/N: I wasn't planning on doing this episode, but I had quite a few people ask about it and say they were hoping I did, so here it is! I hope you all enjoy it!

Bonus Chapter: If/Then

"Really?" I muttered to myself as I pulled my phone out of my lab coat pocket, finding my mother's name flashing across the screen for the third time this morning. I sent her to voicemail, again, before pulling my hair up into a tight bun.

"Really what?" I glanced over my shoulder, finding Cristina Yang walking over to me, both of us heading towards the locker room.

"My mother called me. Again." I informed her. While Cristina and I weren't really friends, she was the closest thing I had to one here at the hospital, especially after Seattle Grace had absorbed Mercy West, bringing my half brother along with it. "She keeps wanting to know if I'm gonna fly out there for my dad's birthday. It's annoying."

"Block them." She shrugged before we both made our way into the locker room. As soon as we stepped into the room, the others that were inside went quiet and glanced our way.

"Take a picture, it lasts longer." I rolled my eyes as we waked over to our cubbies.

"Good morning." Jackson politely greeted us, well, more so Cristina.

"Are you talking to me?" Cristina looked at him as though he were crazy.

"Jackson..." April got his attention, making him look over at her and Meredith.

"Don't feed the animals." Meredith advised him. Cristina and I shared a glance before we looked at the two women.

"Every single one of you can suck my-" Cristina began.

"Hey!" Alex cut Cristina short as he came into the room, clapping his hands together with a large smile on his face. "How's everybody doing this morning? Everybody ready to kick some butt? Let's run the board, guys. Avery?"

"Yeah?" Jackson and I both answered.

"Jackson." Alex clarified for us.

"I'm with Robbins in peds." Jackson told him.

"Noble work." Alex nodded in approval. "Y- Yang?"

"Solo thoracic aortic aneurysm." Cristina informed him.

"Well, I guess that means, I'm doing Torres' post-ops." Meredith chimed in.

"Kepner?" Alex looked to the redhead.

"Uh, I'm on Shepherd's service. Good Shepherd." April told him.

"Oh, hey. I'm on bad Shepherd." Charles spoke up. "Maybe we're gonna be the next Shepherds."

"No, we aren't." April shook her head, seeming disgusted by the idea.

"Bethany?" Alex raised his brows at me.

"Pit." I said.

"All right, guys. The day is as good as you make it." Alex told all of us, his smile never wavering once. "All right, let's get out there and keep Seattle Grace the country's best hospital. Come on! Yang, Avery, smile. Yeesh. All right. Let's move. Can I speak with you, Dr. Webber?"

"Shoot me now." I muttered under my breath as Cristina and I walked past the excited chief resident, eager to escape all of them.

*~*~*~*

"We brought you a cokehead found in an alley. Presumed overdose. Tried narcan. No response." A paramedic informed Hunt and I as she met us in the ER, pushing in a young woman with dreadlocks. I took the chart, noticing the woman twitching every few seconds. "Had to shock her once in the field at three hundred. BP is eighty over sixty. SATs ninety-six on a hundred percent."
