Stacy's POV:
After House, me and Lin went for a walk to the park and back. Since I had recently moved into his house; he enjoyed teasing me while I cluelessly wondered to and fro, eventually giving up asking him which way the park was.
"The park? Oh! You mean the park we've walked past about 30 times by now?"
I groaned as he once again laughed at my frustration. He placed his arm across the back of my shoulders turning me around to face a huge park.
"Oh my lord... how did I miss that?"
I face palmed as Lin smirked.
"I actually don't know how it is possible to not see this park but you never cease to amaze me."
I rolled my eyes as Lin smiled at his comment.
"Now, I vote we stay here and chat until 5pm then we'll head back agreed?"
"Is there another option?"
"Nope."
We both laughed as he quizzed me of my past.
"So what brought you into acting?"
"Well..."
"OH MY GOD! I HAVEN'T SEEN YOU PERFORM YET!!!"
"And?"
"AND YOU'RE MY GIRLFRIEND!"
"Girlfriend to the King of Broadway who seems to have forgotten that she performs too. Great headline that'll make Lin."
"Don't. You. Dare."
"Just got to send off a brief description and an essay will be published tomorrow."
"Staaaaaaaccccccccyyyyyyyyyyy..."
"Yes?"
"You know you love meeeeeeeee..."
I laughed at his begging and pretended to start typing the description.
"Ah fuck it." He grabbed my phone and threw it into the lake then hugged me to mute my shouting.
"LIN WHAT THE ACTUAL..."
"Shhhhh, children. Stacy there are kids who go to parks sometimes, it's another thing humans do. Don't worry you'll learn." He chuckled. I then got up and stormed to the gate and waited as impatiently as possible while he ran behind me.
"Gee Stacy. What did you have in that phone?"
A solo tear ran down my cheek as he rushed to hug me but I pushed him away. He looked hurt as he retreated while going on google maps so I could use his phone to head back. After a tense few seconds he handed me the phone and I turned and walked away. I felt his apologetic gaze on me as I left the park.

Lin's POV:
Oh my lord what did I do? I don't even know what came over me. Without my phone I could text no-one for advice nor call for help. Call... I saw something  light up at the bottom of the lake as I desperately jumped in and swam to the bottom. I didn't care about my clothes, my profession or my indecency I love Stacy and need to get her back. I grabbed the glowing object and pushed to the surface frantically regaining my breath. The contact said 'Lin' as I smiled. She tried. I answered the call out of breath saying
"Hello?"
"OH MY GOD LIN YOU HAVE MY PHONE!" I couldn't tell whether she was relieved or still mad.
"Stacy please stay home I need to apologise and..."
"I've already left..."
"Where are you going?" I growled, getting more on edge by the second.
"Home."
"KEEP MY PHONE ON YOU OK? I'M COMING JUST DON'T GO IN THAT HOUSE."
She hung up as I sprinted for the train station stating the address to the employee as she hastily got me a ticket. I called her again but got no answer so I left a message:
"Hi, it's Lin here. I am so sorry for throwing your phone in the lake. I haven't looked on it for anything that might of upset you since I don't want to violate your trust anymore. I love you to pieces just promise me not to set a foot in that house ever again. Not now, not ever. I know you want to be independent right now but if you walk in there I might never see you again and I wouldn't be able to live without you. I'm addicted to you, I always want more and without you I am nothing. Please just come home."
I ended the call as a tear splashed on the screen. I looked up to find a little girl go back to her mum holding an autograph book after seeing my tears. I lightly smiled to the parent as she returned a sympathetic smile. There is one thing I don't think Stacy knew but before entering her house for the first time, while waiting outside the door, I saw two men carrying a body bag away after chucking it through a window. I reported it to the police as they said to try and evacuate the surrounding neighbourhood since I saw the two murderers who had recently escaped prison. I fear Stacy will be a victim if she so much as steps into that estate. What's worse than having a dead girlfriend is having a dead girlfriend who died hating you. I could never live knowing that I had a cause to her death. I was given a coffee from the girl who just had refused to ask for an autograph as I smiled at her. I thought this would help but it just reminded me of Stacy's amazing coffee and more tears slid down my face. After thirty minutes of worry and stress I sprinted to the gates to check out and race to her house yet to see Stacy in the corner crying. I tried to approach her as a lady stopped me.
"She won't tell me what's wrong and I've been here the past 10 minutes. I wouldn't bother if I were you."
I politely thanked her anyway then rushed to Stacy's side. She attempted to hide her tears from me as I lifted her chin just like I used to. She gasped seeing my tears as I handed her phone over. She then gave me mine which I shortly followed by picking her up and placing her on the train back home. I then texted her:
Lin:
Am I allowed
to talk to you
or are you
still mad?

Stacy:
We can talk
or text. I've
lost the
energy to hate
you now.

Lin:
So it's not me!
Thank god I
was so scared.

She giggled at my text as I asked her what happened.
"After I got here I went back home and I saw these two men carrying a body bag consisting of two people. I ran away and then was stopped by everyone asking where they were."
"Apologies for asking, but who is they?"
"My parents." She broke into a fit of sobs as I realised the reality of the situation. Those two men I saw had just killed the last of Stacy's family. The only person she has left is me.
