Love Is Love

It's a temporary arrangement...

Stacy's POV:
The smell of breakfast is officially my favourite thing to wake up to. From now. After battling with the duvet covers for a while I heard Lin's chuckle as he stood in the doorway.
"Okay there Hun?"
"This bed... IS TOO DAMN COMFORTABLE!"
He burst into a fit of laughter as I huffed and continued my torment with the bed sheets.
"Surprisingly I know exactly how you feel Hun,"
I gave him the most doubtful look known to man until he continued,
"And when I feel that way -"
He stopped to smirk
"- I make a pillow fort."
Now it was my turn to laugh as he smiled his dorky smile down at me, still lying in my bed. I think the only annoying thing possible about Lin is when it is 7am and he wakes you up fully dressed, awake and ready while you are an absolute morning mess. But hey, early bird gets the worm I guess.
"Oh I found something of yours to get you out of bed."
"I doubt it very much Mr Miranda."
His hand slowly emerged from behind his back holding a pink fluffy notebook, wait. Shit.
"MY DIARY!"
Lin laughed running downstairs as I raced after him now fully awake with the best bed head ever. Thanks Mother Nature.
"I SWEAR TO GOD IF YOU READ ONE PAGE OF THAT THING!"
My foot slipped underneath me and before I knew it I was falling down the stairs on my bottom. Once I got to the end I saw Lin laughing from two rooms away with the diary in his hand.
"WHEN'S THIS DIARY FROM?!"
I couldn't bring myself to answer since I am way to old for it but yes, I still write in that diary.
"IF YOU DON'T TELL ME I WILL FIND OUT MYSELF!"
I didn't bother looking up since he would make fun of my embarrassment. See normal couples help each other if one of them falls down the stairs. Not us. We laugh. To my horror Lin opened the diary and started reading it out while parading around the house in the girliest way possible. To make it even better he started on the entry of the first time we met. How ironic.
"Dear diary!
OMG! The good luck fairies decided to do community service and made my day, this dumb taxi driver drenched me by a nearby puddle and to my luck the sexiest man on the planet got out! He asked me if I was alright and I said yes but I could of sworn I saw stars. He just looked amazing! He refused to pay the taxi driver just to add to his 'knight in shining armour' résumé and are you ready for who he is... The amazing, the wondrous, fabulous, sexy Lin-Manuel Miranda! I KNOW! Anyways gotta go someone's at the door.
BYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!"
Lin, still laughing, returned my book as I glared at him.
"Well, at least your diary likes me!"
I rolled my eyes and went to sit at the table for breakfast, BACON AND EGGS! I rushed to the table and began to wolf down my breakfast.
"That is definitely your favourite meal Hun."
Lin said, laughing all the same.
"Well... Now that you mention -"
"I dare you to finish that in the heights reference Stacy. If you do..."
He stopped to glare at me from the other side of the table,
"... I will steal all of the pillows tonight and this time I will not spare you one because you are so adorable."
I raised an eyebrow and slowly uttered the next few lines,
"- that sexual tension is easy to see, yo this is bogus, mama you know this you get all your coffee for free."
Lin dived out of the table almost spilling our teas and sprinted to the bedroom to take the pillows while I shouted after him a huge "WEEEEPPPPPPPPPAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

He returned shortly smiling like crazy in success of his actions I simply rolled my eyes in amusement and put my dishes away.
"STAAAAACCCCCYYYYYY?"
"YEEEEEEAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH?"
"CAN YOU COME OVER HERE?"
I walked back in the lounge to see Lin on the floor surrounded by papers.
"It's arrange the wedding day!"
I laughed as he attempted to be enthusiastic but the sarcasm was clear,
"Haven't you got Hamilton?"
"Javier's doing it."
"LIN PEOPLE PAYED FOR A SHOW!"
"THEY PAID FOR A SHOW NOT ME!"
"I would pay to watch you though,"
He grinned his dorky grin and kissed me on the lips as I smiled against him humming in delight.
"And I would pay to watch you Hun, only my sexiness according to your diary allowed me to for free!"
"You are not reading a page from that again!"
"I reckon as I might!"
"Oh yeah? How?"
He began to arrange the papers while scanning what each one was about.
"Well it's going to take you a while to find a new hiding spot,"
I attempted to interrupt but without looking up he lifted a finger to shush me.
"And since you moved in to my apartment I'll probably know where you hid it in around three days max."
"UGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!"
"And as much as I loooovvvvveeeee hearing you moan I'd like to get to work on weddings please."
He finally looked up to see my blush and looked down at the papers again smiling immensely making sure not to comment since we would never concentrate otherwise. I took a shaky breath and began...
"So we need a venue, entertainment, transport, food and drink and invitations. Let's start with entertainment shall we?"
"You would entertain me all night Hun."
He winked increasing my blush even more. Dammit. We weren't going to survive this if I didn't come up with something.
"Hmmm... KARAOKE!"
Lin then broke out of his 'make Stacy blush' phase and noted it down while grinning.
"Right, now let's think of a venue..."
"I'll sort that out Hun."
"Okay then..."
"What?"
"When are you gonna tell me the location?"
"A week before the wedding?"
"Sure."
"And when will the wedding be?"
"July the 10th."
"Of course you would pick that date Hun!"
He burst out laughing as I raised an eyebrow.
"That's the day after I quit Hamilton!"
With that I laughed too and we continued with the arrangements until it was all sorted out. We collapsed on the sofas and I decided to quickly get out of paying the invitation costs.
"Bagsy not printing out the invitations."
"Dammit."

AN: HI GUYS! Sorry for not updating in so long as I said I had a lot of performances but they are all over now so I can get back to writing :) should have another update tomorrow too and I'll see ya in the next chapter!
