Lin's POV:
"How could you do that?! He was being so nice."
"He was hitting on you to wind me up since we are engaged Hun. Isn't that right Diggs?"
Daveed grudgingly nodded his head as I smiled at Stacy.
"See! He was being an asshole-"
"-SO I KICKED HIM UP THE ASSHOLE!"
I laughed at Jon's enthusiasm and everyone left to get ready, Daveed being lifted up by Oaks of course. Drama queen. On the bright side, Jon kicked him and they're only on stage together about three times anyway so the audience won't notice a thing changed between them. Stacy once again followed behind me and Jon while we got our costumes from the rack.
"Wanna be in the periscope Hun?"
"I-I don't know."
"TAKE THAT AS A YES!"
Groff picked her up placing her on his lap while I glared at him, wishing I had done that in the first place.
"Dude. My homosexual organs aren't gonna go crazy over her, don't wanna get another erection now do we?"
Stacy looked at me in confusion as I blushed. Jon laughing all the while of course. And with that we began the periscope.
"Hello hello hello!" I laughed as the comments went crazy:

Omg it's Lin!
Who's the girl?
Who is she?
It's Stacy!
She's the girl he proposed to!
Ah cute!

I then started to scan the quickly moving comments.
"What Harry Potter houses are y'all?" For god's sake how many times?!
"Well you know I am a slytherin, Stacy here is... Stacy's a hufflepuff and Jon?"
"Hufflepuff and proud."
I laughed at his wording them continued scanning the questions and answering till the five minute call.
"See ya Stace!" Jon called going towards the door.
"Stace?" Jon winked and left the room.
"I don't know what Jon's on about but I'll miss you Stacy!"
"Love you Lin!"
Another show to do. Stacy waited in the wings almost all the times I had a break of one song or more but let me be in my quick changes. Jon was always laughing at Daveed's glares from across the room and honestly, so was everyone. We all knew he had lost this battle and a million cold looks can't save him from how low he has sunk. On the other hand, Jon looked at the issue as a big spy game because, well, it's Jon I guess?
"Pssssstttttttt!"
"Hello Jon."
"CODE PIER 1!"
I turned around and, yes, there was Daveed walking up to us. You might ask why it is code pier 1 but that's a whole thing in itself so we'll leave it for now.
"Hello Lin. Groff."
I stifled a laugh at his greeting leaning back to show I didn't want to be a big part of this conversation, it was Daveed and Jon who needed to talk. I'll come later.
"Oh! Would you look who it is! HELLO DAVEED! HOW ARE YOU!"
Okay this time I burst out laughing at Jon's crazy outburst due to Daveed's greeting. I love this guy. Pippa handed me a coffee giving me a weary look of warning to show I was on thin ice with Daveed right now, I couldn't care less.
"I-I would like to apologise for earlier-"
There goes the coffee.
"I was being a douche and I shouldn't of hit on your fiancé Lin-"
"Annnnnnnddddddddd?"
"-and maybe I deserved that kick."
Me and Jon high-fived in glee get it! at Daveed's final acceptance that he was being an asshole. Hallelujah.
"ACT 1 BEGINNERS TO STAGE PLEASE. ACT 1 TO STAGE."
I walked past Leslie's dressing room on purpose just so I could see his panic of not being ready, I don't see why he panics anymore because he is always rushing around and still manages to come on stage exactly at the right moment. Damn those Odom Powers. (Me and Jon's idea.)
"What's your name man?"
"ALEXANDER HAMILTON."

*Time skip to interval*

Stacy's POV:
For most of the first act I stayed in Lin's dressing room occasionally going to meet him in the wings when he had a longer break. At the interval I met him and the cast in the wings and we all walked down to the green room, where we all watch movies and chat, I sat in the middle of a sofa for three with Jon and Lin either side. I knew they must have some tricks up their sleeves since usually I just stand behind the sofa, so to get told to sit in the middle when one of the cast has to stand is definitely new for me.
"Hun?"
"Yes?"
"You know those acting certificates?"
"What about them?"
"We're in a theatre Stacy."
"WELL DONE! Yes we are Lin!"
He rolled his eyes to my amusement.
"One day you will act on this stage Hun, and I'll sit in the front row centre seat."
"A9?" Remembering when I watched Hamilton.
"A9 Hun."
I could hear Jon quietly making gagging noises behind me and Lin so I texted Thayne to put a stop to it.

Me:
Jon has chocolate
cookies.

Thayne:
Hmmmm... How do
you know?

Me:
He just offered me one.

Thayne:
That cocky bastard!

I laughed when Thayne sprang from his seat and attacked Jon in search of the 'cookies'. Lin moved to split them up but I held him back, he then raised an eyebrow asking why so I showed him the texts resulting in us both sniggering at Jon and Thayne's confusion. Jon at why there was a sudden outburst and Thayne at the invisible cookies. They both stopped their fight and turned towards me and Lin, glaring at us for our laughter on the situation at hand. I explained to them both what I did and then had to deal with them groaning about why it was them:
"Jon you were being immature during me and Lin's romantic moment and Thayne you were a perfect distraction, and punishment."
Jon then quietened down but Thayne was relentless with why it was him since he did nothing. It was then Lin piped up.
"Well actually do you remember that time I bought a packet of triple chocolate cookies to give to Stacy?"
Thayne blushed as I realised what was going on.
"Were they tasty Thayne?" Lin teased.
"THAYNE!"
I chased him around the theatre a few times till he finally gave in and accepted that he deserved the 'punishment' I gave him earlier. We came back into the green room out of breath and collapsed onto the nearest sofa as everyone laughed.
"And that's the way the cookie crumbles!"
Me and Thayne both shot daggers at Lin as everybody laughed. I'll get him back for all the teasing one day. Just you wait.

AN: I AM A TERRIBLE PERSON I KNOW! I've been really ill and couldn't write so this chapter has been spread across the past 4 days. I may not update as much in the next two weeks but then it should all be back to normal. See ya in the next chapter!
