A/N: Inspired by a post that posed the question "If a clock counted down to the moment you met your soul mate, would you want to know?" Short and sweet. Let me know if you want a Part II. It was a little rushed but I hope you enjoy!

A pairs of lips traveled down the curve of the body occasionally letting the tongue come out and taste the skin of the woman. The sound of soft moans and the tight grip on the man's head gave him the encouragement he needed to slowly move down. His eyes tried to capture the woman's but his eyes only seem to capture a blurry silhouette. His eyes closed for a moment, the familiarity of  darkness caused his mind to relax. When he reopened them and refocused his vision, the woman seemed to disappeared. The sheets moved around as if someone had laid there. His temperature seemed to rise as he felt the presence of her again. Her hands danced along his bare skin, her lips caressed and decorated his neck with hues of red. His head fell backwards onto the comfort of her breast taking in her sweet scent. His muscle relaxed against her touch, her scent and voice when she whispered "We'll meet soon."

The blaring sound of his phone ringing caused him to jerk up. The touch of the woman's hands could still be felt all over him. His hand ran down his face trying to capture the sweat from the vivid dream. His hands reached to quiet the noise of the ringing, leaving him in the comfort of silence. A faint ticking took his attention off the paint on the  white walls. His eyes diverted towards his wrist that slowly tick every time the number decreased.

A shadow of a man seems to follow her everywhere she walked. His presence was always felt in  her times of loneliness. A quick gaze over her shoulder could have her mind thinking she saw him. Her dreams tricked her into thinking that feel of his lips and sound of him whispering "I love you" was a reality but the only reality is her waking up alone. The chase of falling in love with someone who doesn't exist seem to be taking a toll on the girl. Her mind couldn't think straight and the mere thought of falling in love had her shaking and heart pounding. The sound of ticking caused the  girl to snap out her thoughts. Her eyes refocused to the scene in front of her, realizing she had been staring out of the window of the coffee shop. Time stared into her face as she looked down and saw
