Before I write the fourth part of Do What I Gotta Do let explain some things.
Part I:
The first imagine Keith isn't feeling the relationship and just wants to take some time for himself and career. He tells Y/N and she make the decision to just leave so she doesn't put a burden on him.Part II:
It's been weeks since the break up and Keith realizes that this isn't what he wants. Y/N's friend comes over and lets it slip that Y/N is depressed and pregnant. He's hurt that she didn't tell him. He has no idea what she doing on the other side of town. [At the doctor's office trying to terminate the pregnancy.]Part III:
Shes laying on the operation table, medicated but she wakes up during the surgery. Her body isn't responding right and a whole bunch of other stuff. The doctors are required to stop the surgery and let her rest. She wakes up and realizes this isn't what she wants. She's miserable and the medicine they gave her is making her sick to the point where she's throwing up and bleeding. A nurse hears her and rushes to help her out. She wakes a third time and wants out. Wants to have the baby so she flees the hospital and leaves the city basically vanishing from everything she knows.Part IV:
It has been three years. Keith and Y/N are living different lives. Y/N had her son Isaiah and she's been raising him with her boyfriend Malachi for the last 2 years. They don't talk about what happened but he can kind of make out what's wrong. He just gave her a promise ring. They are not engaged. He doesn't think she's ready to take the next step.Keith has moved on also. He recently engaged to his Fiancée, Ava. They're expecting a girl soon and Keith has no idea that Y/N gave birth to his son. He has dreams about what would've happened if he just said nothing. He thinks she got the abortion so he's been blaming himself for the last three years and it's taking a toll on his engagement but his fiancée doesn't let it show that she jealous.
Any other confusion? 🙃
