Something New II, focused on Beyoncé and Shawn relationship through the good and bad. The couple dealt with Beyoncé's ex-boyfriend interfering, trying to break them up. An unexpected pregnancy that Beyoncé felt was forced upon her and even dealing with Lexi not agreeing with having another sibling. But through it all they got through it and eventually got married and welcome their first child together.
Something New III, in this story not only will Beyoncé and Shawn will be the focus of the story but so will Lexi. Lexi is entering her freshmen year in high school with her best friend China. Lexi will face challenges of peer pressure from older classmates and dating the school basketball star. Will Lexi be able to handle the pressure of being a teenager or will she crack under pressure and become influence to do things that she know her mother wouldn't approve of?
