19. When Joey is... (Fluff)

(Daniel's POV)

When my Joey is clingy...

I wake up with Joey wrapped around me completely. I brush my fingers through his hair and smile. This boy is absolutely adorable. Joey shifts in my arms, tightening around me. I check the time, 12:01 pm. Looking down at my boy, I pepper kisses around his temple, moving down to his ear "time to wake up my Prince." I whisper, nibbling on his earlobe. He whines softly, snuggling his head against my neck. "Come on Joey, we can't stay here forever. We have more things to do today." Again, he whines "nooo..." I sit up and his entire body slumps against me, his head in my lap. "Danny no..." "Joey yes..." I mock playfully, tugging on his shoulders. Joey sits up, rubbing at his eyes, quickly wrapping them around my neck. With every move I made, Joey would tighten his grip, wrapping his legs around my waist. When I showered, he joined, keeping his body close to mine. We brushed our teeth side by side, our shoulders touching and our free hands entwined. The only time we were really separated was when we were getting dressed. "Okay Joey, let's get going." Joey jumps on my back like a koala, his head buckled against my neck. We went on a walk around the city with Joey still glued to my back. Some people awed, others gave us strange looks but said nothing. No one bothered us, we were enjoying our walk. Joey was happily wrapped around me, whispering in my ear. We were smiling, giggling, having a great time. That was until...

When my Joey is annoyed...

"Well, well, well. If it isn't the power couple Janiel. I knew one day our paths would cross once again. I just never thought it'd be today. To what do I owe the pleasure?" Ugh. "What are you doing back here, Kai? I thought we left you back in Massachusetts." Kai completely ignores me, keeping eye contact with the boy on my back. I feel Joey bury his head under my jaw, his hands pressing against my chest. "Get lost Kai, you have no reason to be here." He scoffs "that's where you're wrong. I happen to be back here to take back what's rightfully mine." "Oh yeah? And what's that?" Kai smirks "that hot piece of ass that's attached to your back." Joey physically cringes against me, nuzzling his nose against my skin. "Yeah, like that's going to happen. You tried that in high school and guess what? You failed." Joey jumps off my back "the kind of boyfriend who was scared to death of telling people about their significant other because of the negativity around being gay and proud. No one at our school was openly gay, not even you! I wasn't ready to come out and Daniel was okay with that, up until you decided to show just how much of a whore you are! Flirting with a taken man, throwing yourself at me. All while Daniel had to watch and wait in the wings." "Oh please, you enjoyed it!" Joey glares at Kai "you really think I enjoyed Daniel breaking up with me because he thought I was cheating on him? Enjoyed trying to justify your actions for the longest time to a point where I literally lost my actual boyfriend! You're so fucked up, Kai. I'm not surprised you never got a boyfriend, no one wanted to date your trashy ass in high school. And from the looks of it, you haven't changed." Kai stood there stunned, mouth agape. "But Joey... When my Joey is angry...

"Punk ass bitch? Are you fucking kidding me?" Joey steps in front of me "you have ten seconds to fucking run." Kai just smirks "oooh? What are you going to do? Smack me around? If that's the case, that's more pleasurable than punishing." I wanted to throw up, this boy is begging to be killed. "Kai, we will never date. I love Daniel, not you. I will never love you. Walking up to Joey, Kai puts a hand on his shoulder "I mean, I'm way better looking than Daniel. And I could definitely fuck you better than he could." Joey clenches his fist, swinging it back to punch him in the face. "Ah! What the fuck?" Joey begins to repeatedly punch him in the face. "Alright, alright, Joey. He's learned his lesson, you've successfully broken his nose and jaw. Let's get home before the police are called." Joey nods, jumping into my back again.
