Ch 21- Settling in perfectly

Two weeks pass by and life has been better than ever. Living in LA makes me feel so free, like I don't answer to anybody but myself!!

Mondays-Fridays the boys have been spent majority of their day working on this upcoming album...whether that be downstairs writing/creating songs or in the studio recording them.

I met with the record label that the boys are signed with and was offered a deal. So I've been going through the same sort of process as them, just on my own.

...

This morning I wake up around 7:30am and hop in the shower before Zach wakes up. 

He's sitting up in bed on his phone when I get out of the shower. 

"Good morning baby" I say as I sit down on the bed next to him.

"Good morning my love" Zach yawns.

A few minutes later he gets in the shower and I begin putting my makeup on while I wait for my hair to dry.

I love spending our mornings together. Something about waking up next to your true love just starts the day off right every single time.

About an hour later we are both dressed and head downstairs to eat some breakfast.

Zach makes me breakfast everyday. Sometimes it's a smoothie, sometimes it's an egg and sausage bagel...I'm not too picky.

We decided to eat our food outside this morning since it wasn't too hot today.

I can never get used to this view, it takes my breath away every time I look at it!!

Just as Zach and I almost finish our breakfast the other boys come out and start doing skateboard tricks by the pool. 

"Good morning guys." I say smiling at them. They all reply with their own little sayings.

Zach joins them and I take our empty plates inside.

Today I am going to the studio to record a portion of my first ever original song.

Normally song writers are constantly jotting down ideas for songs, but I've never been that type of person...I usually just sang covers of other artists.

It's a huge accomplishment to be doing this for the first time with an original song that's almost completely finished!

"Bye babe, I'll be back around noon." I say.

We kiss and I head out the door to my Uber that is waiting for me in the driveway.

When I arrive at the record label I see a tall glass building. The inside is so modern and everything is white and maroon.

The recording studio has leather seats and shiny new equipment, definitely not something I'm used to.

After what felt like no time at all, I realize it's almost noon and my appointment for today is finished.

When I arrive at home I see 3 different cars in the driveway that aren't normally here. I assume it's just there photographer, Austin, and his assistants since they have been doing shoots for the album cover and the WDW merch line.

I open the front door and I can hear noise coming from the backyard. 

"Perfect!! That's perfect Zach, stay just like that." I hear Austin say.

I set my bag down and walk to the backyard. I see multiple models wearing the WDW merch and posing with the boys.

This is the third time that they have had a photoshoot with models. These girls are gorgeous, and I can tell that Daniel likes one of them.

Sometimes I worry that Zach might start to like one of them too, I mean they are really pretty and seem super sweet.

"Hey y/n!!" Zach calls while jogging over to me.

"Hey how's the photoshoot going?" I ask kissing him. 

"Pretty good we are almost done. How was your first time in a professional recording studio?!?!" He asks enthusiastically.

"So much fun!! I can see why you love it." I reply.

Zach is called back by Austin to take more photos so I go inside and make some lunch.

After half an hour, Austin and the models (except for one named Ally) leave and everything is back to normal. People don't realize how much equipment it takes to make a photoshoot happen.

Ally is the girl that Daniel likes, she seems to be interested in him too.

We all hang out and the boys play video games. Ally and I get to know each other better by going to get our nails done together.

"So what's it like dating one of the Why Don't We boys?" Ally asks while we are relaxing in the massage chair as we get our toe nails painted.

"Well, I met him at the beginning of summer so I didn't know what he was like around the other guys. I met him as Zach Herron...not 1/5 of a boy band." I say giggling. "I love Zach, and I know that he loves me too so the fame/paparazzi and fake information that's spread about us doesn't really get to either of us."

"So I'm sure it's obvious, but I really like Daniel. I'm worried that the fame might be too much for me if I start dating him. I know I will automatically get so much hate because fans get jealous." 

"If they are real fans, they will support you guys. It takes some time but after a while people give up trying to make you miserable. I went through a rough patch with Zach where I felt like a burden to him, but we worked it out and I realized that it doesn't matter what other people think." I smile reassuringly.

"Thanks y/n that makes me feel a lot better."

"Oh, p.s. you didn't hear it from me but Daniel likes you too!" I say winking.

After our nails dry, we part ways and I head back home.

When I arrive, all the boys are in the kitchen and Logan Paul is here. He comes over pretty often and I don't even mind because he's hilarious and has the most precious puppy on the planet named Kong.

I walk into the kitchen and am greeted by a little puppy at my feet. I bend down and scoop him up.

"Hi Kong!!" I say as I get puppy kisses all over my face.

Logan is vlogging and he comes over to me "Awww kong you love y/n don't you?? Y/n, say hi to the logang!!!"

I smile at the camera, "Hey guys!!!" I exclaim.

I used to be kind of camera shy but after a while it's like the camera's not even there.

All the guys hang out and I play with Kong until he passes out in my arms on the couch. 

Logan and the pup leave and Zach and I go upstairs to get ready for bed.

After wiping my makeup off and changing into a sports bra and sweatpants, Zach and I cuddle in bed and then doze off to sleep.

A/N- I know this chapter was sort of uneventful but it's essential for the next chapter!!
