Chapter 19 Part two

(Mikey P.O.V)

"Oh well you want me to go?" I asked, hoping that she would say no.

"N-No you can stay here if you want..."

"Sure."

"Oh and Mikey...."

"Yeah?"

"Could you um...." She paused for a bit , I placed my hand on top of hers.

"Could you hold me until I fall asleep, I understand if you don't want to but-"

"I would be glad too." I chuckled

I scooted closer to her and pulled her close to my plastron. She started to nuzzle her head onto my chest which made my heart beat faster. It didn't take to long until I heard a light snooze coming from Y/n, I stroked her h/c hair as I eventually closed my eyes as well and ended up falling asleep too.

Time skip

(Still Mikey's P.O.V)

I woke up to meet Y/n still sleeping, her arms wrapped around my arm while with my other arm I took out my T-phone and checked the time.

' 3:45 pm'

"It's already been 3 hours?" I barely whispered. I set my T-phone down and slowly took Y/n's arms off mine.

I suddenly stopped when she made a small movement, I waited for a few minutes until I continued removing her arms.

They were soon removed and I carefully crawled out of bed. I made sure that Y/n was comfortable so I adjusted her blankets and snuck out the lab. I headed to the kitchen and opened the fridge, I grabbed my box of pizza and ate a couple slices. I decided to grab a plate and put two more slices on the plate, I walked out of the kitchen and entered the lab once more seeing Y/n finally waking up. I sat beside her watching her sitting up and rubbing her head trying to process everything. She turned me and cocked her head slightly, smiling.

"Good morning Mikey." She said

I chuckled slightly and place the plate in her lap.

"It's actually still in the after noon, we've only been past out for a couple of hours,So eat up I'm sure your hungry still."

"Thanks." She started to eat and I crawled back onto the bed and sat down next to her.

"Tomorrow I might not be in here as I'm normally am, I might be in around 1." I said

"Why is that?" She asked

"I have training early in the morning and it usually gets done in the afternoon."

She nodded and set her pizza down.

She looked at me like as if she was study something.

"W-What is it?" I asked

"Something seems different about you." She responded

"Like what?"

"I don't know but something about seems different."

"Oh..." I said

"But it's nothing bad! I swear!"

I smiled and laughed

"Okay, okay I believe you." I said

She sighed and ate the rest of her pizza, I took her plate and went back into the kitchen and started to wash it.

Donnie walks in and grabs a cup to filled it with coffee.

"So hows she doing?" He asked

I started rinse off the plate and place it in the dish drainer.

"Fine she just woke up, I gave her some pizza so she doesn't have to go walking again to get some."

"I was gonna check up on her an hour ago but you guys seemed to be pretty cozy. So I let you guys sleep without me being a bother."

"Wait you saw us?" I asked with a slight pink flush appearing on my face.

"I mean it is my lab Mikey, if you wanted privacy then it would have been better off sleeping in your room. But at the same time it's best for her not to move and your room is the definition of gross."

"Hey you have your way of living and I have mine." I pouted

"Okay sure, so is it alright if I do a quick check up on Y/n?" He asked

"Yeah, she's up now so it fine."

"Alright."

He left the kitchen as I did the same.
